Absolutely dreadful coffee shop! The lack of coffee choices made me question if they even care about their customers’ preferences. And don’t get me started on the croissant sandwich—overpriced and tasted like cardboard. Save your money and taste buds, folks! This place deserves to be shut down.

Experience was good. Order lavender honey latte ($5.75ish) with a croissant ($3.25). The cashier was nice and trying to move and fast as she could. The food is pre-made. Bagel comes with cream cheese but you have to put it on yourself. Coffee was fine. The latte does come unsweetened so grab a pack or 2 of sugar. They have other grab and go bevs and raw juices and snacks. The vibe is very LA but lacks employees. Just coffee, go here. A full breakfast go to Coney a few feet away or McDonald’s across the hall.

Waited 30 minutes for a coffee and a muffin: the main barista tries to speed things up and makes 80% of the work, the other person seemed totally unhelpful. Only a few items were available to eat. Seating was impossible due to the long line. A bit expensive. Will not go there again

Not sure if this place is going out of business or the owner doesn’t know how to run it. Have been a few times and whatever’s been out of stock has stayed out of stock it seems. Would be too much of a chore to update the menu; I guess the employees think it’s funny to waste people’s time by saying the item is out of stock after everything you order. Go to Starbucks instead.

I just wanted a small coffee. The cashier told me out of small cups. I then saw a smaller cup and he says ..”Oh that is only for Lattes”. Refused to sell me a Coffee but insisted I buy a large cup without matching price. Zero logic. Not my fault you didn’t order enough smaller cups and then try to financiall penalize me.

There wasn’t anything positive about my visit this morning. The baristas’ attitudes were pretty poor. I ordered a hot chocolate and cup of water. I was told I’m not allowed to have water unless I buy the bottles. Then they charged me for the hot chocolate only to come back out and say they were out (at 5:30am) so did I want a coffee or what? I took a refund. I grabbed a hot chocolate from a vending machine and came back in to ask if I could maybe have a lid (even offered to pay for it). The barista said it probably wouldn’t fit and when I asked if I could try, she sighed, gave me one, and walked away. I’m not usually one to complain, but I don’t see how this place could stay in business if not for the resolving clientele of the airport.
