One of the best pasta meals I’ve had in town and from a food truck. This chef puts to shame the brick and mortars that charge $15-$20 a plate. My pasta dish was $9 with the best focaccia I’ve had in Madison for a buck fifty more. $10.50 for one of the better meals I’ve had in my life and I had worked in fine dining for 15+ years of my life.

Don’t be fooled by this unassuming food cart as they’ll deliver some of the most amazing pasta dishes which will even rival some of the most established Italian eateries in Madison. Prices are very fair given the generous portions, each dish is prepared to order, and the flavors are always spot on. Also, don’t forget to get a piece of focaccia with your order because you’ll regret it if you don’t.

This is my absolute favorite food truck in Madison. I used to eat here almost daily when they were located on Johnson right next to my office (several years ago). I was so pleasantly surprised when I found them again today on a walk a around the Capitol! For sure back on my weekly food take out menu!
