Absolutely delicious! We were lucky enough to get there soon enough to order. Everything we wanted was available. There was a ton of meat on everything we ordered too. Highly recommend and definitely get there early. The pulled pork tacos with the raspberry chipotle sauce was my favorite!

Great place in Boerne. Food was sooo good! You order as you walk in, seat yourself and food is delivered to you. We had chicken and beef tacos-sorry dug right in and forgot to get better photos. Large portions-had so take some to go.

Wife and I finally made it to Beorne from San Antonio just to try this place out. Compadres did not disappoint! I ordered the special of the day… Brisket Enchiladas! The wife had some Brisket Birria-Dillas… absolutely outstanding! You taste the smoke in every bite, but it’s not overwhelming. The staff was great and the decor is awesome. If you love Texas are a Patriot or are a Veteran, this place is for you. Hell even the other patrons were super friendly. Service was quick as well! Will definitely be making several more return trips! Got to meet the owner also, very cool dude for sure. Semper Fi!

This place is legit bomb good! Everything we’ve had so far has been absolutely delicious! My favorite regular menu items are the Birria Tacos and the El Jefe Enchiladas. My favorite special hands down, the Smoked Prime Rib Carne Guisada. My daughter enjoyed her Goldburger with pulled pork special the other day too. Hats of to Chef Mark and his lovely wife, she was a delight this past week when we were in.

First, I love that it is veteran owned. The owner is down to earth and the service and food here are absolutely exceptional, surpassing all expectations. Finally got to make it out here to Compadres Hill Country Cocina from Austin. This place is The Bomb. The Birria Tacos, The Birria-Dillas, and the Queso is so Amazing. The Service here is Top Notch. We will return back. Omg The Fajitas are so tender and taste like back yard bbq. The flavor of the food words are speechless. Eating here and we was ready to start dancing. We love this place. I can’t believe it took me so long to try out Compadres Hill Country Cocina. I’ve heard for a while how great it is and now I know why. I had The Whole Enchilada and it was wonderful! It was huge! Wonderful restaurant with the friendliest staff. The interior is nicely decorated and a wonderful tribute to our Military. They also offer a Military Discount. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend to my friends.

OMG this place is amazing! The owners and staff are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. On top of all that the food is incredible. My husband had the George Strait tacos and I had the Beef Quesadillas with beans and rice and it was soooooo good. Oh did I mention the beer was free.

When my husband showed me this little hidden spot years ago, I thought he was joking about how good the food is. But it is so fantastic and yummy!!!! Definitely get their beef nachos or their steak tacos. The steak is like butter and just melts in your mouth. And the staff is always friendly!
