Literally, one of the worst places I have gone to. The ordering process was slow and unorganized. The people who take the order speak English only somewhat. After ordering, re-ordering and then re-ordering my food again, it was wrong and was inedible. The sandwich was complete drenched in a sauce which made it impossible to actually eat. Will not be going back.

I usually get the Reuben, 4 star for that, but The fish fry sounded good for Lenten. On a small bun there seemed to be a piece of fish overrun with a strongly seasoned coleslaw. Do your fish fry somewhere else. The girl flipping the register screen over to ask for a tip is very annoying

This place gets busy. My family and I came in on a Sunday. A Deli kinda feel/bbq joint. You go in line first to order and take your tray of food to a table. Some of the reviews I’ve read made me nervous to come in but the food was well worth it and the staff was patient and kind! I got “chicken in the field” it was so tasty! And my husband got the special “red October” and Mac n cheese. The mac n cheese you have to get! They also do half orders of sandwiches. I wish there was High chairs my 1 year old loved all the food and said bye to everyone as we left.

Mocha chip muffin is possibly the best muffin I’ve ever eaten. Still warm, on occasion. I wonder why I’m even leaving a review, worried that others will beat me in to buy them (sometimes they do sell out, you have been warned!). Prepare for parking to be tricky sometimes, but there are enough open spaces at other nearby places that you can make it work.

They closed the Companion closer to my house, but it is worth the little extra drive for this food! I still think you make the best reuben! You all do quite the business during lunch so I suggest ordering online! It was very very busy when I went to pick up my order but it was all ready to go when I arrived so I was thankful for that!
