Knowing for there soup and salad bar and there breakfast bar we must have come in at the wrong time as at 2:00 the breakfast bar was still up but was not a option. They told us that it would take 20:00 minutes to switch out the buffet we waited 15:00 minutes and no progress was made on the buffet table so we opted to order off the menu. The food was well portioned seamed to need a little bit more flavor the ice tea was good

I have tried a lot of different dinners and have loved every one of them. The soup and salad bar is always fresh and a great option. Have yet to try breakfast/breakfast bar but have heard its all delicious. If you want great food,great atmosphere with fast and extremely friendly service give Concord family restaurant a try. Me and my boyfriend paid a visit today for the first time. The environment and temperature of the dining area was very soothing. The food was delicious and fairly seasoned and not heavy in fat or salt. Prices are extremely fair so I will most definitely come back for another visit.

I don’t understand why this place is getting high ratings. It can’t possibly be for the Sunday brunch. The only thing that was halfway decent was the strawberries!! Looks appealing in the website, so deceiving!! Food was cold, a guy standing there annoyingly wiping the counter while you’re fixing your plate. Service was subpar at best. Didn’t get a refill on my drink, she brought us out check after we only had one plate. I will never eat at this establishment again. When we got up to pay at the counter we had to wait for the cashier to staple all her receipts together which was rude. You have downtime to do that. Everything was horrible.

My husband and I love finding small quaint family restaurants that the locals frequent when we are on vacation. Our latest was a little restaurant near Painesville, OH I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great service, huge portions, delicious food and you certainly get that down home feel. If you’re looking for a spot to get breakfast Concord Family Restaurant is a must! I called before heading over to make sure they were still serving breakfast, and they answered in a timely manner and were very pleasant over the phone. Walking in, I got greeted at the door by all staff with warm smiles. This is exactly what I needed after a rough day! The restaurant was nicely decorated with Christmas stuff and very clean! Michele was my server and took great care of me. She was very attentive and kind. I ordered a veggie omelet with a few modifications, and it came out quickly, and it was the best breakfast I’ve had in a very long time. I’m not from here, and I felt like I was at home with good company and great food. Thank you Michele for the Great Experience!

When I was there for dinner I realized I shouldn’t order fish, they WAY over cook it, like rubber. Also, my party also had ribs. Apparently, another mistake. Also WAY overcooked, unchewable. They were so charred & TOUGH. I’ve been there many times but ordered different dishes and NEVER had a bad meal. So this was an off night for the cook, new cook??? Dunno. Service per usual was excellent.

The food was good the sore point I had was they had sent us a buy one entree get one free and when we went to check out they only took $5 off. Apparently in writing so small on the bottom it says up to $5 value. In my opinion that is not only misleading it’s dishonest. It didn’t break the bank but I really hate feeling I got ripped off. Coupons are a great way to get customers in but misleading them is not a great way to keep them.
