My family and I were impressed with the service and food at this restaurant. We checked in late and didn’t feel like driving anywhere, and decided to try this place. The food was cooked to order and fresh and tasty. A small wait, but worth it. The food was so good we ate breakfast twice, lunch twice and dinner 3 times here. I must say we tried a bit of everything on the menu and everything was great. (Turkey Burger, Philly Cheesesteak, Quesadillas, Buffalo Wings, Angus Burgers, French Toast, Pizza, Fries, Shrimp Tacos, Shrimp Cargot) Service didn’t disappoint either. My family and I found it easier to eat at the hotel, then to go out and get food. The restaurant also also has a late night menu as well. What made it even easier, we were able to add the bill to our room. If you don’t feel like leaving the hotel, give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Very slow on food and drinks. Never got asked for another drink. Food lacked flavor except for the cauliflower. Order a Kentucky mule got served something with strawberries, ordered shrimp tacos and got served fish and another Oder had black curly hair on the plate

I come in town once a month (military) for years and this is the only hotel that i will stay at in atlanta. The Concorde grill is always a must with its views and friendly staff. The breakfast is always top-notch also.

First we walked up the two ladies didn’t acknowledge us we were not even 2 feet away .They talked for 5 minutes or so like we weren’t even standing waiting to be seated . We order our food at 9:30 after 10:15 we asked about our food because people after us were receiving their meals . Our Waitress Tamesha she clearly didn’t want to be at work she wasn’t attentive at all . She had a nice nasty attitude & blamed everything on the kitchen ,although she never turned in our ticket to the kitchen until we asked when was our food coming ? We waited over a hour for breakfast that tasted no better than a frozen breakfast with a $46 price tag . I choose this hotel because it’s a 4 star hotel but you will not get 4 star service .The staff has an attitude & or came to work to socialize with their coworkers . The only good encounter was the check in guy . I will not stay here again nor do I recommend. I will go to a hotel with less stars & better service than this .

The service is very slow, the attitude of the staff members was indifferent at best, rude at the worst. Our waitress was very rude. Most shocking is the price, a breakfast buffet equivalent to what you’d find for free at a highway exit Hampton inn is $30. If you’re going to charge a premium because of the location I get it, but don’t completely rip off the guest. You can at least train your staff and offer a quality meal.
