Plenty of parking, large interior space, clean, neat a little dark but a pleasant atmosphere looks to be recently updated. Complimentary tortilla chips and salsa, could have used a bit more heat but tasty nonetheless. Fried squid as an appetizer arrived with marinated yuca shreds and squid rings breaded in a different and delicious spice profile. An enormous California burrito was next which was also very flavorful. No one at the table was able to finish their order. Reasonably priced good food. Another restaurant to slip into the rotation. If you’re a fan of Mexican food give it a try.

Mexican food comes in all shapes and sizes – little roadside places, trendy looking taco shops, and even the “really rather quite nice looking” restaurant. Condesa is one of the latter, and while the and decor are excellent, the service and atmosphere is a bit lacking.

My first and last time.. The waitress was very sweet. I enjoyed my food and drink. The part that was ‘Very Rude’ was the way they told everyone at the restaurant to leave because it was 9:30pm, and they were closing. I get it, but there are ways to tell over six tables of customers to leave. The people next to my table were not even done eating when staff was on top of them sweeping the floors. Lol. It was a deer in headlight moment. I didn’t finish my drink. We were a table of four … and twice we were told we have to go. There are other ways to kick customers out .. I can give you a few suggestions

Came here while visiting in town. This is a lively establishment with a large dining area and bar. The margaritas were good but a little heavy on Sour Mix. We tried the Enchiladas Mole and Barbicoa Burrito. Both were very good. The chips are not freshly made and had more of a heated up on a hot plate (out of the bag) feeling. The salsa was ok. I find it hard to say it’s “authentic Mexican” with so many dishes Americanized. I thought the entrées were good, but freshly made authentic versus chain like quick to serve, will always have the winning 5 star experience. The service was very good and quick. Parking lot on site shared by other businesses.

Every margarita is made with love! Gives me the perfect buzz too. The food has the most authentic flavor in RI. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. It is family friendly and it’s roomy enough to fit a whole fam. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great date night spot. Nice decor. Low lights. Very clean, even the bathrooms. Our server Kat was fantastic. It was our first time here. She gave us time to check out the menu without feeling rushed and answered some questions. She was attentive although it seemed that she was also working the bar. The food was DELICIOUS and the watermelon margarita was fantastic! Affordable- All of the food you see here for a little under $100. I loved their menu and how they even incorporated some great information such as the types of tequila and the difference between tequila and mezcal. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the tres leches was a bit dry. Only the bottom portion of the cake was wet. Even then it tasted good just not like a traditional tres leches that is more moist all around. Other than that though this place was great!

Tried there for the first time tonight. The food was terrific. Service was friendly and super helpful. Tried two Tequila cocktails with dinner, suggested by our waitress. Had the churros for dessert. Really good. Like Mexican food and creative Mexican drinks? GO HERE!

Been here many times but disappointed this time. Burrito was very good with fine sauce. Chips are always fresh and crispy without oil. Salsa needs help. Not very spicy and didn’t seem fresh. Should have tomato chunks and fresh cilantro. Caesar should NEVER be named that. Only part it shares with actual Caesar was the romaine. Dressing ?? Cheese used was crumbled and not shaved Parmesan. Server didn’t know what an anchovy was. So, none on it and no option to add. Chef needs a recipe for real Caesar, or they should rename it as a house salad.
