The food I got traditional coneys with cheese fries and a tea. The taste of the food seemed odd. The coneys were soggy with hot dog water. The fries taste as if they were fried in old grease. The tea has a hint of well water taste. I believe if the staff could pay more attention the quality would increase. There was one young lady that was trying to direct the other. They seemed so distracted.

Got this bacon cheeseburger to go today from Coney Dog Cafe. Even after sitting in the bag for 15 minutes, it was still warm and SO good. One of the best burgers I have ever had, at a really good price. You can tell they use top of the line meat.

Coney dogs are fantastic. Plenty of toppings and very affordable. I feel this place has the best Coney dogs around the New Haven Ft Wayne area. I haven’t tried the breaded tenderloin yet but I intend to get that on my next visit. It’s a thick sandwich and can’t wait to try as I’m sure it will be delicious. I drove clear across town and bypassed several places to get coneys just to get these and no regrets.
