We want to bring back the old school burger spots Years ago the burger joint was the hangout & the place to be. The food was made and prepared the way you wanted it. That all went away when the corporate chains came in with their cookiecutters and combo meals. We want to change that & bring back the Old Fashioned Burger Joints. How are we going to do that ? First by tearing down some walls and bringing the kitchen into the dining room so you can see everything that’s going on. Next by asking YOU what YOU want on YOUR burger. Why not come and build YOUR amazing Burger.

Just a cheap coney with a high price. Tried to justify a tough wiener by saying it was “shipped directly from Chicago “. Really tasted like it was from a backyard bbq. Prices on the menu were higher than listed online. The restaurant was hot and filled with the smokey smell of old grease. Needless to say I won’t be going back. The gentleman was very kind tho. That was the only plus.

My 1st time we where going to dine in but it was so hot in there we got our food to go. It’s a heat wave fix that Ac.. My bun was hard and they have regular size hot dogs for the price the chili was good. The burger was good and had good seasonings, would try this location again.

Absolute disaster! Was just there with 2 friends, it’s 111 degrees outside, and they didn’t have AC. After ordering, paying $52 plus tip, I asked them to turn on the AC. NO, IT’S BROKEN. We all threw our meals away, as it was too hot to eat. $52 dollars in the trash, and we left lightheaded. Why are you operating without AC? This place should be ashamed to call themselves a legit business. So folks, if you want to feel like you’re dining in Calcutta, save the airfare and go to Coney Grill.

Heavy quick comfort food. Fall in Phoenix! The food was fast and absolutely flavorful. This isn’t a health food place so don’t expect to get anything low calories. The atmosphere was fantastic, a great hot dog joint located in the hot dog district of Broadway on both sides of 48th. The cook sat down and watched a high octane sporting event with me. It was was great.

There’s no ac at this location. Extremely hot inside making it hard to breath or even want to eat. The cook was cool though but this man is working in inhumane conditions because he’s got the heat of the grill added on to the heat of the building

Stopped by for lunch and it was amazing! The staff is super friendly but the food though! The coney’s were on point! The fries are cut in house and the burger was on point! We will definitely be going back!

This place is good for a quick bite, friendly customer service everyone has a smile and acknowledge you when you gone in and out of the building. The food on the other hand is good but compared to the Arizona Sonoran dogs, the Detroit Coney cannot win lol. I will say this, I am a foodie and will be trying different items on the list.

So much fun to have a real taste of Detroit here in the Valley! The coneys, the Faygo, the Superman ice cream, the decor, the proud friendly greasy spoon atmosphere, love everything. We don’t really do the thin burger patties back home like we do here, but the Quad was DELICIOUS so no complaints. The mega friendly owner is what really makes this place a Must Visit.
