We were gonna go out to dinner at a nice restaurant but when arrived and saw the food trucks we quickly changed our minds just because we love food trucks. Stopped by all the trucks to see what they had and ended up going to Bubba Frye’s On The Fly got the Memphis Chicken Sandwich daughter got the Chicken and Waffles. Both sandwiches were great so big that we couldn’t finish it all. Then we got fries from Knew Potato Caboose got the Little Red Rooster which consisted of fries, Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, Bacon, Ranch and Scallions piled on high so good. We were definitely not disappointed on our decision.

Food was alright. Tons of options, however to get simple burger and fries you have to visit and pay full price at multiple trucks. Daughter got a burger and I got a basic taco -$34… I’ve never payed so much to still be starving in my life, ended up going to Seacoast pizza and fed all 6 of us for $45 with salads, apps, calzones, and pizza..

Very excited to update this review. Our second experience was definitely a 5. Still a great selection, my husband and I were able to get food from two different trucks in just about the same amount of time. I’m not sure if there is more seating, if the seating was reorganized, or we just got lucky, but it only took a couple minutes to find a table. Excited to take friends and family here.

The food was excellent! If we had another day, we would have gone back again. We had the lobster roll and lobster mac and cheese. They were generous portions, and they absolutely delicious! The lobster was fresh, and the prices weren’t bad either. I would recommend a trip here for some excellent food chouces.

added a new fish shack (sorta) recently to my go-to list of favorite fish shacks. check out Hoss & Mary’s food truck at congdon’s after dark. the owners are lovely people, and they served up a good plate of fried haddock—very tasty, very generously portioned, very reasonably priced, and served with a super good dill pickly-ish (word? not word?) tartar sauce that reminds us why we eat fish to begin with. Came with good coleslaw and crunchy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside fries, perfectly done and nicely seasoned (and thankfully without that icky coating that some have). the only thing missing was black pepper (not a failing), which i added with abandon (…good, keep going, bit more, ah right there. perfect. looks like you dropped it in dirt…), because i have no class.
