This place is fantastic. Nice little mountain town place to eat. I’ve eaten a large part of what they serve and it’s always been great. The staff is friendly and treats you like family. Price is what you would expect from a mountain town eatery, and when the food is this good, it’s worth it. We will always be a faithful customer when we visit Timberon. Give this place your business. You won’t be disappointed.

Staff very friendly. Food was average, prices were also average. Pie was delicious. I’ll stop by again next time I’m in the area. The four star is the pace. Like I said, I’ll be back, but not if I’m in a hurry at all. The pace of service was glacial. I do recommend them, but don’t expect fast.

Connie’s is in Timberon, NM. If you are in the area hiking or off roading, this is the place for a meal. This was my first visit but will not be my last. I was pleasantly surprised with the Supreme Pizza. It was well topped and well made from scratch. The staff was super friendly, and the service was quick. I recommend it.

The only thing better than great service with a smile and a laugh is when it is in the mountains and the pizza is excellent. I wish I would have came back for breakfast before leaving the area. Next time I will stay longer and eat more often. Can’t wait to have some pie.

Probably the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. They make the rolls in cast iron skillets and we got one fresh from the oven. I also had the Italian sandwich and the homemade buns/rolls were delicious.

Have had lunch pizza and breakfast burritos and an omlette. Everything was very good. The omlette was overflowing with veggies and the burrito was special with a flaky crust instead of a tortilla. The pizza was loaded and perfect.

We stumbled onto this gem of a restaurant after visiting the town on Timberon that my aunt used to live at. We got a lovely vegetarian pizza and individual salad bowls with the most exquisite raspberry vinaigrette dressing! We got individual slices of peanut butter and almond joy pie that took it to an even higher level of deliciousness! If you are anywhere near this place, at Sunspot or even in Cloudcroft you must come try this fantastic place!
