Customer satisfaction is gone. This used to be a great place. I just ordered a blt and a club blt w/extra bacon no tomatoes. I got two exact blts, no club, no extra bacon and tomatoes were on it still. They don’t care at all but I got charged for it at the register. They know you won’t drive back once you take it home and find out its wrong. If you want one they won’t mess up ho down the street to Fork in The Road Deli or The Tavern Treetops, always reliable. Never going to Connie’s again for 3 strips of bacon and tons of lettuce.

Usually come here with my wife and kids who has been coming here for years. However this time just came in with my daughter. We’re both not local and felt it immediately. The servers were not friendly at all and just pointed to the back to sit. The restaurant was half empty but we sat there for 12 minutes and nobody came to get a drink order. They seated other people after us and they were served. Lesson learned. Be local. Plenty of other breakfast places who welcome people who are new to the area.

I came in here by myself today and the waitress was very kind and helpful. I got an omelette with home fries and toast and it was delicious. Definitely telling my mom about this place, we will be back.

Regretfully I won’t be back. I have always loved the food and service at Connie’s but I have a friend that I only see once or twice a year and we meet there for breakfast (I myself meet many friends and family there throughout the year). We stayed for just about two hours catching up and then were told we would have to stick to the 40 min seat time from now on. “It’s going to start filling up” we were told. It was a Thursday at 10:45 when we were told that and the was no one waiting and maybe two to three other couples eating. It’s too bad but we will find another place that doesn’t mind us staying to catch up.

Great food, fast service. Lots of cameras in the building which is a little uncomfortable. Only “error” was bacon instead of sausage. Otherwise would definitely return.
