Cute little place to eat. Log furniture and rustic look. Service was good. They stayed on top of things. Food was good. Not exceptional, but good. The ambiance was great. Lots of positive signage and sayings. That alone would bring us back. Would likely try something different next time, as what I had wasn’t something I’d be counting the days to try again, and I’d like to explore the options. Over all, we enjoyed ourselves here, both the atmosphere and visual surroundings. You could feel a patriotism along with morals without even asking, just by seeing the decorations and such. Next time we are in the area, we’d be happy to make another stop.

Our server was so friendly, and its the kind of place where you can be in and out quickly or stay for longer with no problem. The walls are covered with Americana, mostly religious and patriotic. I wasn’t thrilled with my sandwich but the cornbread was delicious. Its the sweet kind. Homemade pie was also very good. Reasonable prices.

By far the best family dining restaurant in Island Park/ West Yellowstone. During our 10 day stay in August we ended up going to dinner there 3 times, would have gone more but it was closed. Connie’s has amazing, prompt service (even during busy times) great food and a clean atmosphere.

Our family enjoyed a great meal here for dinner. We enjoyed the fish and chips, chicken fettuccine, a burger, and the French dip and everyone finished everything on their plates. Our server Chloe was very accommodating and took great care of us. One of our meals came out a bit later than the rest which we didn’t think twice about because they were super busy but Connie and our server were worried about it which says a lot about how much they care about their customers experiences. My kids would like to eat dinner here every night. Simple menu, really good food.

A Treat
There isnt much around the Island Park area, but if you happen to be nearby, go to Connie’s! She is usually there to greet and seat her guests. All good down home cooking and portions are not small. I had the Huckleberry hefeweizen and it was great! My filet was a little overcooked but still juicy and good. If you get a chance, ask about dessert when you order your meal. You dont want to miss out on the limited quantity of pies! They are yummy!

Staff were super friendly and the bus “boy” was a still busting tables at the old age of 60+. Very unique restaurant with a woman’s clothing boutique by the restrooms. The only food we found to be the best we ever had was the cornbread! Moist with sweet taste.
