I randomly drove past this place and knew I had to stop. Who doesn’t love a hot dog? Man did it hit the spot. The dogs had that perfect snap when you bite into them. Ingredients were fresh and perfectly proportioned to the dog itself. I inhaled my food embarrassingly fast. And they have classic old fashioned soda options like root beer, cream soda, etc which felt like a special treat. The owner was super friendly. He told me they’ve only been open for a little while; definitely a local business worth supporting. I’ll be back!

The ingredients were extremely fresh and everything had extra snap and crunch. So satisfying. Been waiting to try this place for a year. All the hot dogs, poppyseed buns and beef come from Chicago, they’re the only ones around that can get a 7 inch Vienna. The only thing that’s missing is an arcade machine or a pinball machine. But hopefully they can get one soon. The whole place looks great and the food looks exactly like the painting on the building

My wife enjoyed her meal. She went with a Philly sandwich and it was loaded with everything she wanted and had a taste for. It was a bit pricey but worth it. She also had lemonade to drink.

We always stop in Idaho Springs for Yards BBQ – best in Colorado, IMHO. Today, a Saturday in August, the line was out the door and we were in a rush so we stopped at Conrad’s, which had a much shorter line. So glad we did. We had the “hot dog with everything,” a perfect Chicago style dog, and the Italian Beef – tender, thin-sliced, juicy (slightly wet as it should be) and with a great hot giardiniera. We ate next door at Yards Tap House, and they brought our food over. Great service.

Legit. As an Illinois transplant I’ve tried a bunch of places on the front range that claim to sell “Chicago” hot dogs. Most of them are semi-close approximations but always taste just a bit off. This place is actual, legitimate, Chicago style food. Real Vienna beef hot dogs, thin sliced dipped Italian beef sandwiches with giardinara, etc. If you are a transplant trying to find that real Chicago dog, this is the place to go. If you’ve never had a Chicago hot dog in Chicago, this place will give you the real experience. Definitely going to be a regular here

Came here after the hot springs and it really hit the spot. As a Chicagoan, I can say they made a mad Chicago hotdog (“everything hotdog” on their menu). The meat itself was very fresh and the bun to meat ratio was perfect. Toppings were fresh too. Service was super nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Great beef dogs. Nuclear relish is tasty. Outdoor seating is ppl watching fun. Fountain sodas are self serve and unique and yummy. Chips are all high quality. There’s also a standup lunch counter which I love the option to eat standing up. The owners are a delightful mom n pop team. No vegan buns yet but I’ll be back. Dogs start at $7
