I’m always looking for good bbq. I found it today. The brisket was not sliced and came in big chunks, I was a little surprised. Once I popped it in my mouth after a small dip in the sauce, WOW moist and super flavorful. I came here for the ribs. A full rack of dry rub ribs will run ya about $25. Just as amazing. I wish I could come here every day. Terrific job.

Paid 8 bucks for a “large brisket” got a small pulled pork sandwich….damn had such high hopes with all my harley buddies telling me to go here , oh well went down the street got brisket, and it was fantastic, forget the crowd, head down Lebanon to the same setup with better food, better prices, less crowded, and better service. Biggest joke of a establishment this side of music city. P.S. If the pork was decent (and so was the establishment) I wouldn’t even waste my time to warn yall. (Second pic is from down the street showcasing what you can get for 2 bucks cheaper….actual brisket.)

Some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Was recommended by another local and the most solid recommendation ever given. Set up is a small trailer and has a small patio set up off the side to sit down in, but great to grab & go. Service was quick! I’m a saucy girl, especially with BBQ but this spot has one of the best sauces, and ONLY sauce as far as I know. It isn’t super sweet, not too thin or thin. Perfect compliment to the meat. Huge fan!!

I was on my way home from Kentucky to North Carolina and stumbled across Constant Smoke. I wanted brisket, but they were out, so I got pulled pork. The reason I wanted brisket is that so few places do pulled pork right. Their pulled pork was unbelievable. It was very smoky without being harsh, and the smoke enhanced the flavor of the pork rather than overpowering it. I got hot sauce, which was good, but honestly, the meat stands on its own without a sauce. I wish I could give it 10 stars. I grew up in Western Kentucky and know good barbecue. Now that I live in NC I have to suffer through the tasteless mush doused in vinegar that’s passed off as barbecue where I live. Constant Smoke is easily the 2nd best barbecue I’ve ever eaten and the best in 15 years. The first, now closed for 15 or so years, is Capital Barbecue in Frankfort, KY (the owner and pit master was from Owensboro, so it was Western Kentucky style).
