August 23, 2023. This is my first time trying this location, and since I am a cookout fan, I figured I’d stop here to see how it is. Honestly, I’m a little upset by the customer service. I pull up at the menu, and the girl who’s taking my order has a very nasty, and impatient attitude. She keeps asking me to repeat myself and she’s rushing me along with my order and cutting me off before I can finish my sentences.

I ordered a chicken tray with walking taco and nuggets. The nuggets were a little over done but edible, the walking taco was average, but this was my chicken sandwich. I get cutting down the portions, I noticed that the last few times but this isn’t even a serving. I’m HIGHLY disappointed! To top it off the extra nuggets I ordered showed up as below. My picky eater won’t touch that monster nuggets. The other 2 trays were adequate. As I said the chicken serving has been cut down but at least they took up over half the bun.

The food at this particular location was good. The food was hot and fresh and the tea was fresh as well. Most of the staff was young and I could tell they were still learning and a bit awkward but that is to be expected at many fast food or drive through restaurants. It just requires a little patience. I didn’t the time it took to order in store even there there was no line for the hot food I received.

While waiting for the food, we had to clean a table. Only another couple was in there, and all the tables looked greasy. My double hamburger had jalapeño, which I told her I didn’t like. My order of onion rings included was a total of 3 pieces. My husband has 2 quescadillas, one had little crumbs of hamburger, and the other one may be a teaspoon with soggy fries. Never coming back.

Stood inside waiting to order for a few minutes, no less than 4 workers saw me and not one acknowledge or said be right with you. Only 3 cars in the drive through so they weren’t terribly busy. Left without any interaction with the staff.

I’m not sure if people like their jobs or not but the customer service at this restaurant on North Main Street is terrible.. It’s really not that hard to smile and say thank you’re that unhappy in customer service just quit. This is not the job for you!!!

What is this?! I thought a cheddar style chicken breast came with bacon, lettuce, tomato and grilled onions. This is some abomination with Mayo pickles and uncooked chicken. Onion rings not cooked. It’s good I can grab a bite late hours, but cmon you folks have to do better than this.
