Service was good the cashier was really sweet and nice. The food was horrible. My 2 chicken wraps were too hard to chew and my grilled cajun chicken sandwich had barely any flavor. My boyfriend got the old western style burger and barely was any sauce and they pretty much put a whole onion on his burger. The chicken quesadilla had no chicken and it was all cheese.

For a fast food place, Cookout is near the top when it comes to food and service. With a family of 5, I can get meals for everyone that we all enjoy at a decent price. The tea is sweet, the Cheerwine bubbly and their massive selection of shakes means you will rarely have to have the same flavor twice.

The shakes are amazing and the walkin taco. The chili and coleslaw pair well they definitely got that right. But that peach cobbler milkshake was everything. It was fresh had crust peaches you name it. At was literally peach cobbler and ice cream in a cup. That was my absolute favorite. And it will also say that the burgers and toppings are definitely like you made it at a home cook out.

To make this story short I ordered more than this but the two hamburger was the problem we ask for grilled onions tomatoes cheese Cajun seasoning there was no tomatoes no Cajun seasoning no cheese we added the cheese when we got home that was after we realize there were no grilled onions no cheese so we was like we didn’t feel like going back up there but when we bit into the burgers it was undone so we go back up there the Manager was like no problem I’ll fix it sorry about that the only reason I didn’t gaskets about getting my money back is because he was very nice about it they took our burgers to the back I didn’t think nothing of it about3 to 5 minutes later he came back out gave us our food and said sorry about that I personally made them we get to the car and and look at our food to eat and realize it look like he took our old burgers and recooked them as you can see in the picture below it’s not even a whole hamburger I’m done with cookout

The food was good, and the service was quick, especially considering the number of customers. However, having kids the environment at 10:30 on a Saturday night wasn’t the best, thankful for the drive thru. I would go back. I will just skip it next time after a late night game.

Mmmh okay so food is good. They need more staff and aren’t handling the stress well I feel for them I do. Things on my last order weren’t right. So I asked for it to get fixed and the staff clearly wasn’t happy about that or having to redo it.

Very lack luster location. Service was given as if we were bothering them with our presence, cut us off while speaking, very short, and couldn’t even look at me. The place looked dumpy too. Hoping the food would at least be fire, it wasn’t. Disappointed at this location.

Make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive through, I’ve had enough orders with minor inconsistencies to shrug off but I’ve never once ended up receiving an order with every single item not being what I ordered. I know it’s not someone else’s order as the reciept in the bag had the same price as I was told at the ordering box.
