It’s always a hit or miss when coming to this location. I ordered an Oreo Fudge Cheesecake milkshake. Tastes nothing like fudge and the cheesecake is nowhere to be found. Even after I repeated my order 3x times at the speaker, and TWICE at the window. It literally taste like a regular Oreo milkshake. This has happened to me NUMEROUS times at this location. If you’re going to raise the prices on shakes at least make sure you’re workers are going to make the shakes correctly. There’s even been plenty of times where I’ve ordered a milkshake and the toppings are on top instead of mixed in. You can even tell the difference when they’re using regular chocolate syrup instead of fudge.

Normally cookout is a restaurant place where you expect quick service as they are always busy. So ordered a few things but they forgot cold slaw. No biggie, just drive back around to drive thru and ask for replacement. When finally back to window, they attempted to hand another customers food order. I quickly reminded them that it was only the Cole slaw. So then the slaw was handed to us, but it seemed like it was an inconvenience for the employee. We were just looking for some sort of a verbal exchange, but we had silence and no acknowledgment of anything. Very disappointed in communication.

The best cookout experience I have ever had!!! We had a huge order like EXTREME and everything was fresh, all of our food was 100% correct. They were super nice. This location is AMAZING.

An older location, Cook Out, in Stanleyville, offers two lines of traffic in a tight parking lot. Sometimes they forget to give you cajun as many other locations have the same issue. Otherwise, I just make a point to ask for extra on payment.

Pass this location up! After my 3rd straight unpleasant experience here, I see that poor customer service and poorly cooked food is the norm for this location. This past Sun, at about 5:45 pm, I coldly received 3 napkins after I had already received my food (for 2 people) and had to wait for about 30 seconds for her to open the window back up to see what I needed. Since she didn’t include any in the 1st place, I didn’t see the issue with giving me some at that point. Top that off with receiving a crunchy( I kid you not) 1/4 lb cheeseburger, a sloppily dressed hot dog, and no ketchup for our fries and onion rings, and I have to say this is enough. Stay on US 52 for a few more miles and choose a different location!

For all the reasons you might visit a Cookout location, the burgers, the hotdogs, the fries, the milkshakes, and the corn dogs and tots, this location goes above and beyond to mess up those usually consistent orders. Customer service is lacking and this location needs to be cleaned up.

The line was 10 minutes long on both lanes. The Left side drive thru was only accepting cash-(red flag)
