I have always had good service at Reynolda Road. I usually get a regular cheeseburger and regular plain cheeseburger for my giant dog in back seat. Pay the same price for both but noticed the last 3-4 times the burgers are lot smaller than the buns. When I open the plain burger the burger is looks pitiful sitting there in the middle of this regular bun. I’ve checked mine as well same size but with lettuce and tomato and pickles they pretty much hide the size of the small burger because the tomato is usually the same size as bun. I’m being serious. I go to Culver’s or McDonalds across the street and the burgers may be thinner but at least they are the same size as the bun. I’m going to take a picture along side of my receipt the next time I go and will send corporate a picture. I like the taste of cookouts burger a lot better than the previous competitors mentioned but who wants to eat a regular burger that is mostly bread?

The food is great at this particular cook out. I didn’t know a thing about how to order the food because I’ve only been to cook out twice. There was this one employee that was very patient with me. It took me a while to explain to them what I wanted and he was just so kind. Most people rush you through your order, but the employee that took my order was very patient and helped me with my order with patience and kindness.

I went through the drive thru tonight at the Reynolda road location at 10:30p.m. and ordered 2 double burger trays, only to get home to find that my burger wasn’t even in the box. Then when I tried to find a phone number to make them aware, every other cookout around town had a phone number available online except this one to try and give them my complaint and tell them the situation and get them to correct it! I’m most definitely irritated and would love for the situation to be corrected or my money reimbursed. Tonight I’m definitely not a happy customer because my family is a regular customer at Cookout restaurants just not usually that particular one.

The last time I went to this cookout they got my order wrong/ gave me someone else’s food. I went to get it fixed and the lady from the drive thru came over and gave me bunch of attitude and looked down at me. She was one the most rude fast food employees I have ever met. I went back today to give it another shot and the lady working the drive thru microphone was rude as well. The dude at the actual window was cool though.

Been to this location 3-4 times and every time its the same thing consistently getting my orders wrong have to repeat it 5x’s before they get it right, extremely rude workers, and never let me finish my full order and i have to inform them at the window. I use them because its close to where i live. I’ll gladly drive 20mins out of my way to 1 that actually knows what they’re doing. Which is what i had to do today because 4th time in a row is a problem. 1-2 times sure coincidence 3 or more is a staff issue that needs to be corrected.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 cheese burgers with fries. The lady taking the order and at the window was very snippy. Got home and the fries had a strange taste to them and all 3 burgers were completely burnt. Ended up throwing everything out. Such a disappointment. I absolutely love Cook Out and was so excited when I saw there was one closer to my house.
