It was our family’s first time having Cook Out since we moved here almost 3 years ago. We ended up parking instead of doing drive thru because we noticed a walk up order window. That was good because we did have questions about the menu and didn’t feel rushed. The young lady who attended to us was great. The food came out fast and it was nice and hot by the time we got home. We are a family of 5 and everyone ordered what they thought they’d enjoy with a milkshake to top it off. The food was delicious and tge milkshakes oh so tasty. Great job Cook Out! We shall be returning very very soon. Thank you!

My last couple of times here has been terrible I spent over $20 today and my fries was hard and my burger was pink. The guy had such a bad attitude I didn’t even want to go back for them to fix my. Then had to wait 30 minutes to order. This cookout has surely made sure I never spend money with them again. Sadly this was my sons burger and I do didn’t catch it until half way through prayfully he does not get sick

Pulled in at 1:05 AM store doesn’t close till 2:00am and i was told no sides. only thing available was chicken tenders and chicken quesadillas only. Paid for Honey Mustard From The Back and the guy told me it was the same as in the little sauce box. Maybe lay off the weed pens while working and they would do better.

Been here 3 times. Never been until I moved here last year. I always just get a regular cheeseburger & milkshake. First time my burger was great. Now it seems the food is going downhill. My burger was much smaller than my bun so it was more bread than burger. My bf got a double & we compared. My burger was actually thicker than his double combined. Seems like a way to just charge more without actually giving more lol. We had to laugh. The milkshakes however are good. Especially the banana cream pie one. Got a chocolate malt before and didn’t taste much malt it literally just tasted like chocolate. Anyway about a month ago I was going through the drive through to get milkshakes for a late night craving. It sounded like gunshots went off. Like many rounds. It was crowded and I never knew what happened. Couldn’t find anything out. Fire trucks and lots of police were coming through as I was leaving. It sounded like firecrackers but I don’t think it was. Definitely a bit concerning. I hope they can get a decent cook in there as it seems by the reviews the burgers have not been up to par. Might have to stick with five guys even though they’re expensive.

On 08/13/23 around 8:35ish we decided we wanted to eat CO for dinner. The customer service through the drive thru was phenomenal. The guy on the drive thru end (white young male with long hair) was very polite and patient with us, since we ordered for 6. I could also hear him very clearly which was a plus. He made sure to ask if we needed anything else and the team did amazing with our order!! Not one thing was wrong nor missing. I appreciate the kindness of your employees and their exceptional customer service.

This was the worst cookout I have ever been too. I waited 40 minutes for 2 trays and 2 milkshakes. By the time I got my food my bbq sandwich was so soggy the bread literally fell apart, the onion rings might as well have been cardboard and my peanut butter banana milkshake tasted like they literally put a whole banana in it with no ice cream. It was melted and lukewarm by the time I got it. I could care less about leaving a review on a FAST FOOD restaurant because you don’t expect 5 star service, you expect something FAST. In this case, the food AND the service was 0 stars. To top everything off, you get blocked in by the drive thru as soon as you park so you waiting yet another 5-10 minutes for the cars to slowly move out of your way.

This place used to be good. Now the burgers are super small and thin, the fries aren’t nearly as good as they once were. The cheese bites were cold. I was giving this place a second chance but I won’t go back. Y’all are trying to cut the wrong corners. Also forgot to give me the 2 pieces of cheese cake. Not even busy at all. We went to go get cookout after a concert and were met with hostile children in the parking lot below. Granted it was around 12 am so, if you don’t have a life and you live in Mooresville that’s probably where you are located! Pretty bad customer service and overall lack of concern with teenagers throwing fire rocks at patrons cars???!!!! I hope cookout can address this concern and take better care of what’s going on at their property.

The food was good for fast food restaurants. Fresh and fast. If you gotta eat at a fast food place, this is a pretty decent choice. The shakes are good. That milkshakes are great when they are mixed up correctly.
