Me and boyfriend went here tonight and the service was worse than horrible. Not only could they not hear what we were ordering I don’t know if it was because of the speaker or the employee herself named Amber. We get to the window she did not repeat our order and just took the payment, and closed the window in my boyfriend face while he was asking for ketchup and ranch. She also did not get our second drink we ordered so we had to re order that. Once given our food we get home and realize that she didn’t not get anything right but the drinks and his quesadilla was chicken and cheese and he is vegetarian they food was burnt messy and very sloppy he couldn’t even eat it. Why build such a establishment only to fail waste of money like seriously

this location is terrible. first of all, the food i ordered was incorrect AFTER i paid and when i tried to confront the worker she said orders can’t be altered at the window and that i would have to go back through the line if i wanted my order fixed. (AFTER I PAID!!!) so i go back through the line and yet again a second time they messed up my order and refused to fix it or refund me. what a scam and i have never experienced a more terrible customer service. will never be coming back here.

This is how we received the butterfinger shake with a hole in the middle. Also, received a chocolate shake instead of peach cobbler. My son’s cookies and cream was right. Service was fast at late night. Should’ve received the right food since it wasn’t real busy.

So the reviews that are below three stars are absolutely correct. While playing my order I felt I had somehow inconvenienced the employee being paid to ask me what I would like to pay for. Yes, think about that. So, after waiting fifteen minutes Just like others stated they had, I got one of the smallest chicken sandwiches I’ve ever seen in my life in a crumbled bag. Overall I wasn’t even sure I wanted the sandwich after that. I have to say that this was by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life. I travel quite a bit and frequent fast food places but this was by far one of the worst. I’m very surprised considering there’s such a large presence for this chain in a state that prides itself on hospitality and customer service. I won’t say I’ll never go back but it’ll be a long time before I do. I am sure that the labor pool is very shallow at the moment but I would highly suggest to management that they sit down with their staff and have them read the reviews. Those that care will change those that don’t need to be given the least amount of hours to keep your business running.

I went to the window to get food stood in line for 20 minutes. There were 2 people in front of me after the manager takes there order he comes to me and tell me he was closing the window and to go to drive thru and the line was long in drive thru. On top of that he slammed the window and walked off very rude not sure why he still has a job. If I was to treat my customers like this we would not be in business. Cookout you need to hire a new manager he has no soft skills at all.
