Had no idea the cheddar chicken sandwich was nasty cheese sauce and it had the same nasty sauce on the fries. I was unable to eat the sandwich that had a over powering fake charbroil taste or fries I just had the cheddar bites that are not that great. I also got a peanut butter shake that was not like a creamy shake but more frozen coffee style w peanut butter. Overalls I’m not sure where the good reviews come from I won’t be going back.

I should have stopped at a Cook Out when I was in GA, this one sucked. Drive through staff was rude and rushed us. She could also barely hear us on the speaker, and kept getting our order wrong. Burgers are small/overly expensive, and mine isn’t completely cooked which is disgusting from a fast food place. I’ll probably end up getting food poisoning. What a disappointing dinner.

My girls never come home with their order how they requested. Today topped the cake. For the burger in the burger tray, my daughter bit into it and yelled “where’s my burger “!. I assumed they mistakenly gave her a chicken sandwich. THEY GAVE HER BUN WITH LETTUCE ONION CHEESE KETCHUP MAYO AND NO HAMBURGER!!!

Everything was great. The only downside is that it’s not a good deal like it used to be. But the portions have gotten smaller and prices increasing. I ordered onion rings as one of my sides and they only give me 4 small onion rings. They should give more than that. Same thing with French fries. I understand that the staff doesn’t set the price.

Very sad day when you’ve been looking forward to a cook out burger and u get a very sad version of it!!! Maybe a teaspoon of slaw and chili on it, but u still have to pay extra for the cookout version, won’t be going back, can make it myself better!

This cookout is less than 5 minutes up the road from my home, but if I want to cookout, I go to the one across town (about 20 mins away) if that tells you anything. Always wrong always out of everything. Put soft serve ice cream in a cup (still on perfect swirl so not even trying) and said it was a milkshake then they said well I don’t know what to tell you we dnt even have milk here. Did not get a refund or what I asked for. Extremely rude. I did try to give the BOD and tried again and just as bad except with the sandwich. No chicken in the chicken sandwich and refused to do anything about it. Contacted customer service, and they also did not even address concern. Just go across town it is just easier than dealing with the staff here.

I am so extremely dissatisfied with the past few orders I received from this company. The past time the order was totally wrong. Spice flavoring on the fries so I couldn’t eat them. Today I ordered cheese fries, paid for cheese fries and got regular fries. When I checked the receipt to call the Resturant back to my disbelief there’s no number to call. I search the internet and there’s no number listed there. The receipt doesn’t even have prices listed to show what I was charged for. We need restaurants that show patrons that they want our business and if we have an issue we have a remedy. I also live more than five miles away from the restaurant and driving all the way back to the store is just unheard of. Also when looking the restaurant up on Google maps it shows that the restaurant doesn’t have drivethru??!!

Pleasantly surprised by the service we received at this location. Burgers were great and affordable. The fact that they do not charge for dipping sauce will always place them above other fast food chains. We will be coming back for sure.

Frozen Cheerwine. I mean, Frozen Cheerwine. What, like a Cheerwine slushie? Oh, no, sir, this is Cook Out, where they take pride in their creative Premium Milk Shake menu. And one of these milkshake is the Frozen Cheerwine. And it is every bit as beautiful as I wanted it to be. I won’t lie to you, their drive thru can be a bit of an inconvenience to navigate. But listen, if you’re willing to extend a little bit of patience, the White Cheddar Cheese Bites and the Frozen Cheerwine are a phenomenal pairing that I will just swear by. Thank you, Cook Out.
