My order was completely wrong. I even double checked my receipt to confirm I had ordered everything correctly and I did. My burger did not have ketchup, mustard, onions, or tomato on it. My chicken quesadilla did not have chicken in it. My cheese cajun fries did not have cheese on them. My large drink was a medium. I also ordered a 3 strip snack and my strips were 2.5 in quantity due to them being extremely small. My husband picked up the order and I didn’t see until I got home. I ate it anyway because it was almost midnight and we have church tomorrow morning, but this is highly disappointing. I’m just perplexed how they got every single thing wrong. Won’t be back!

Pulled up to secondary drive thru where a hand written note tells you sensor is broken, let them know you’re there. As soon as I did, an employee yells out the window that it’s indeed broken. Had to drive back around to place my order. A cone blocking would be a good idea. Shakes were good though!

I really like this place for their grilled hotdogs and milkshakes. But they are really expensive. 2 hot dogs small fries and medium shake for $11.29 and its served with a side of awful customer service. No I haven’t encountered any rude behavior but every time I come here they rush my order even when I’m the only one in the drive-thru. This leads to the order being incorrect. Lastly, the intercom to place your order is always malfunctioning and this may be the reason why the order is missing items or incorrect as well, either way I hope management makes the proper improvements.

Tried to go through the drive thru and they wouldn’t let us order 4 trays. Made no sense. What is the point of drive thru if you can’t complete a family order.

The food is good normally, but my issue is with the drive thru windows. Why would you ask a customer to pull to the other window when there is no way possible to pull up to it once you make the turn? I could get to it if I backed up or got out of my car but why should I have to do either one? I didn’t realize this until I made the turn. I was so annoyed at this situation that I just left. I could not go inside because the lobby is STILL closed. Thats the last time your company will get any of my money!

They forgot the burger with my burger I just got the toppings and they always get the order wrong here out of maybe 5 tries it wasn’t fully correct once. Their shakes are good that’s the only positive. Will be going back to try to get my actual burger
