Affordable Fence Guys
If the girl at drivethru paid attention after saying it twice she might get a order right. Took the outside lane same girl 2 visits in row she got food order wrong because she takes part order pauses 2 or 3 minutes then finishes getting order. She needs be taken off drivethru. Food to the trash once again because I ordered BBQ sandwich plate with hot sauce not a BBQ plate.

Jigsaw Puzzle
Went through for our first Cookout experience and ordered 3 trays. The two managers on shift were OUTSTANDING. Very friendly, made sure they went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend Cookout in Lancaster!

Look out for Cook Out!!! . The hush puppies are delicious. The strawberry milk shakes are good. I ordered a plate and asked for a strawberry shake instead of a drink. I got to the window and the server asked me if I was supposed to get a tea. I replied no I asked for a shake instead. So she handed me a shake. I asked to see my receipt. Turns out, she charged me an additional 4 bucks for the shake and the tea was priced on there too. This tells me she knew she had over charged me because of what she asked, but didn’t try to correct it. I goes back to the window and ask her and she tried to tell me a tea comes with it. Ma’am I ordered a shake instead. Well if that’s the case you never gave me the tea i paid for. I know there is an upcharge they can do if you want to change the drink. Don’t charge me for both and only give me 1 .. check your receipts.

I can’t give any less stars than a 1 star. My husband walked up to the window and a gentleman said she had walked off 5 minutes before and he was waiting on his food that had been sitting by the window that no one handed him. As Scott waited the other lady walked away and after about 10 or 15 the lady from the drive thru took his order. She rang everything up separately and didn’t ask of he was ordering trays until she gave him the total and he was shocked. She fixed the total but was rude about it. He brought the food home and my Cheeseburger was at least edible. The corn dog was over done and not good. The fries were hard and way too done. This was a very BAD experience and cook out WAS Scott’s go to fast food restaurant. He eats at them several times a week all throughout NC & SC while on his work route. This experience will change his mind and we’ll find another restaurant here in Lancaster.

They had 2 drive thru lanes opened and we went to the outside lane and when it was our turn we sat and waited as the inner lane kept moving. 12 cars ordered and left and still no one asked for outlr order so we went around the building got in the inside lane waited our turn ,as we were ordering someone pulled into the outer lane and ended up in front of us……….. i was not very happy it might be a while b4 i go back.

The lady who takes the orders tries to move and work way more quickly than she can actually operate. I literally told my mom that the food was going to be wrong – without any surprise, it was wrong. Shocker, I know. There was one car behind us, so there is no need to attempt to work like Barry Allen (The Flash) especially when you’re not capable of working at that speed.

I’m not sure if “extra sauce” means “less sauce” on the chicken quesadilla but it seems like that’s the employees perception. Has happened more than once. Typically quick to get food in the drive through but never receive what I ask for. Refused to add a milkshake onto my order or create a new order and told me I had to drive back around and sit in the long line to add a milkshake.

I work across the street from the cookout. I order from there a good bit. But tonight was the worst food ever. The French fries were so cold and hard, and the chicken strips hurt my teeth to eat them. . I know there’s no reason to even send this message to ya’ll cause I’ve seen all of y’alls responses are the same and I’m sure they don’t do anything about the complaint. But there’s no need in spending hard earned money on food that’s not eatable

Overcharged me according to the menu outside price list, Asked for itemized receipt with breakdown on price they don’t do that she said as she went back to playing on cell phone in drive thru, apparently a double order of your side on the trays meant less than a single order for all 3 trays. Done thinking this location will get it right! No more chances

Rude customer service. Over charged me for items I did not order or receive. Gave wrong change shorting me. Just shut the drive through window and walked away before I could even look at what they gave me and charged me. 1st and last time going to a Cook Out. Food was ok Fries tasted like they were 7 days old. Contacted corporate just gave a ridiculous form letter.
