My son recommended we eat here, as we were driving back to Louisiana. It was really good. The food has the charbroil taste as the website states. I was so ready for my hot dogs , I forgot to take pictures before I started eating . I also tried the single meat cheeseburger. It was full of melted cheese. If I could give it 10 ⭐️, I would based just on that alone.

Took forever to get through the line at 10:00pm. Ordered a BBQ plate, and it was a mistake. The BBQ came out looking like cat food, had no flavor, and was a pile of mush. Actually the whole meal was very bland. The coleslaw was almost dry enough to be considered chopped cabbage. If you do decide to go there do not order this.

I really like the Red Cherry Milk Shakes. The burgers definitely taste like they were cooked outside on a grill (Cookout) and I really love the chopped BBQ sandwiches and always get extra hush puppies.

I’m sorry, but can anyone please tell me what in the world this is? I only noticed these bite mark looking things/holes at the bottom/inside of the box until after I was done eating. This looks incredibly unsafe and unclean. The food was good so this isn’t a 1-star review. At least I hope I don’t get food poisoning from whatever made these holes in the box! I’ve never seen anything like this before in my life.

Was given a BBQ pork sandwich that I did not know that they sold which made me sick because I haven’t had pork in over 20 years plus other parts of the order were horrible like soggy fries and watery shakes. After calling back and making arrangements to have parts of the meal replaced the manager of the store would not replace the food items and told me to call customer service and I did just that. So many times customers are left with bad experiences and these companies don’t care next customer is how we’re treated well my money is hard earned and I refuse to be just another next customer trust and believe I will take my money and service elsewhere
