We saw signs all over the freeway for this place and assumed they served BBQ. Finally stopped in before we left Georgia and discovered this is Nothing more than a fast food chain. I wasn’t happy about the meal. But hey, it’s fast food so what can I say?

I asked for everything except pickles and mustard! I said it twice. The order taker said that she had it after I asked the 2nd time. Guess what? I got pickles and mustard! Not even worth going back to get it right. This is probably my 4th time going and there’s been something wrong 2 out of 4 times. They’re fast at the Drive-thru, but check your food before leaving! And you apparently must ask for napkins too.

It’s usually advisable to order at the window to prevent long wait times and miscommunications regarding your order. Service is excellent if you are respectful, communicative, and polite as I have had experiences where I may have requested a modification & received the wrong order or received dissatisfying food such as half a burger patty. I ordered two trays of Outwest style cheeseburgers, one with double hushpuppies and the other with double fries. The burgers were cooked and tasted good even though the onions were not grilled. The hushpuppies were generously portioned, which is unusual, but the fries were bland. Both the red cherry and peach cobbler milkshakes were prepared efficiently and tasted good.

Cookout offers a delightful atmosphere that’s perfect both for a quick and light meal and for a lovely full dinner. The food is consistently great, and their quick service adds to the overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for a fast satisfying meal.

Everything was amazing except the fries.. we order Cajun Fries however, there was nothing cajun about them! The fries were not even cooked all the way. This is one thing that if they improved it would be 5 stars!

The food is great, as always. This location has the best food of any other Cook Out location. The service, however, was not great. I asked for mustard packets at the drive-through for my corn dog, and they said they didn’t have any. I asked if there was any at the front, and they said they didn’t have any in the whole restaurant, something about a delayed shipment. I drove around and went in the front of the store to check for myself (I don’t like corn dogs at all without mustard) and wow! They had a massive cardboard box filled with mustard packets! The employees are just supremely lazy. Henceforth, whenever they tell me they don’t have something in the drive-through line, I assume they are just lazy and I am always correct after taking the extra effort to find it myself. But again, they have excellent food! This is the best Cook Out location, and I can’t stress that enough.

Be sure to check your order, prior to leaving the drive thru window. A simple order of Cajun seasoned cheese fries can’t even be done correctly. On a positive note, the cashier taking the order(s) was very friendly.

The milkshake was good but honestly my first time going and if I do go back it’ll strictly be for a milkshake. Fries were stale and unsalted. The burger tasted like the grill needed scraping had a strange after taste ♀️My opinion. Onion rings were decent but most were falling apart. I’d give this a 3.5/10 I didn’t finish my meal

Always a good meal value. Go for their meals for a little over $5. You get a main sandwich two side and a drink that includes a coke float option. The burgers are better than the big three and the sides are extensive and tasty. The service is friendly and fast. Worth coming here if you want s better burger.
