Pulled up to drive thru with one car on right lane. Went to other lane and waited 15 minutes and finally pulled to window to be informed they were too busy to operate but one lane. Would not take my order and said I needed to go through other lane which now had 6 cars in it. There were 2 other cars behind me that had no clue they were not being waited on. Will not return. Customer service sucked.

We got there at 10:14am and didn’t realize they opened at 10:30am because there was another car in front of us and they took care of their customers in a timely manner, food was super hot and fresh and good!! I highly recommend them!! Great service!!

Forgot cheese curds also when they forget there policy is you get a credit for next time witch makes no sense at all so your forced to pay again for what they forgot and then next time you can get them kind of ridiculous because if you want what you ordered that day and you might not eat there agian for long while witch means they get your money either way not cool my advice don’t pull away until you check the complete order befor they tell you to leave check your food even if you gotta open it befor pulling away oh an fries are hard cold and taste old

The quesadilla was not quesadilla(ing), the cappuccino milk shake was not milk shake(ing). The fries were the saving grace for me. ♀️ next time I’ll just get a hot dog or burger.

The food is good, as always. The problem with this location is the service. I waited over a half hour in the drive thru only to receive the wrong order (like not even close to what I originally ordered). Thankfully I checked it before I got far, went back to the other lane and got it taken care of. Whatever you do, don’t let Michael take your order!
