I got 2 trays it was $24 and some change they left out my corn dog and chicken quesadilla I went in to get it and was told she can ring it up for me and I’d have to pay for it finally I got it after showing her the receipt. My wrap had a tiny piece of chicken the cheese burger had 4 pieces of shredded lettuce and very few fries and the grilled cheese had a hair in it. Also the man who was at the counter infront of me had to come back bc they didn’t give him all of his food.

Don’t sleep on Cookout. Couldn’t decide on what to eat and dropped by there today. Got a BLT, fries and a large unsweet tea. ( I know, how very unsouthern of me, but I don’t tolerate sugar well). Everything was great! Sandwich was great. Plenty of bacon, fries were cooked perfectly, tea is great, in a styrofoam cup and has the good ice!!

We ordered our meals & a kid’s cheeseburger meal for our son. The burger came out with No Cheese. I went up with the burger asking for them to please fix it. She told me I needed my ticket, so I went back & brought the ticket to her. She went back & grabbed another young lady who told me that’ll be $.55

I have ate here several times, don’t let the LONG lines, make you drive on. The wait is so worth it. The food is fabulous and when you get to the window. on my, that person is super nice and knowledgeable on any question you may have. Get job Cook Out!!!

Wanted to love this place after hearing great reviews but sadly my burger was raw so I couldn’t eat it. The chicken quesadilla was good though. Maybe I’ll try again in the future. I love that they have John 3:16 on the cups ❤️

Just stood in the lobby for 30 minutes after paying with no other customers inside while they worried only about the drive thru. They rang one tray up with every item individually instead of at tray price. Our order is usually <$15 & it was $22. Then couldn't get the only modification of the whole order correct. It's literally on the receipt, but I couldn't get anybody to come back to the counter to fix it and was already late going back to work. Continuously more disappointed every time we go back to this location.

I’ve ridden by here a few times and haven’t stopped because of the crowds. If that is your reason for driving by, trust me, this place is worth the wait. Burgers were very tasty and for all of that delight, the prices were low, low, low. We ran through there and got a sack of 6 double Cheeseburgers for less than $30.00 and they were good! This was more of a exploratory visit, but we will be back to work this menu well. 40 different milkshake flavors, hot dogs, fries and flavor combos? Yep, this is going to take some time! Great job folks.

was surprisingly pleased with my food here. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted but went with the cheddar way, a regular burger, cheddar cheese, grilled onions, bacon and mayo. it was hot, juice got my order really fast as my husband and I were the only dine in customers at the time. My fries were hot and pretty good also. only complaint would be the amount of onions was a little over the top but honestly best burger I’ve had in a long while. would be really nice to see their lobby more personalized, and I’m looking forward to going back and see how it comes along.
