Ordered two shakes which were milk with chunks in it. Walked back up to drive thru window to have shakes remade and then received totally different flavor shake. Had to go back a third time and ask if they could remake it for the flavor I ordered and when the girl handed it to me for the third time she said “That is as good as your going to get tonight” Terrible customer service. – stars

Chicken was nasty, pork was nasty. Serving size was tiny. Although the burger was good, the interior of the facility is very baron and dark lit. Makes for a bar style atmosphere, not so inviting for a quick break from work or play. Wouldn’t recommend.

My burger was soggy but I didn’t have any condiments, literally was a patty and bun, but soggy buns lol. I like their food usually, the shakes are the main reason I go. Staff was nice, service was fast, and I went while it was lunch time.

Every single time I come to this location. The food is made poorly, I’m missing an item that I paid for or the order isn’t correct. Or the put old chicken tenders on the wrap that are way to small. Or as seen in the picture they put a whole slice of onion on my burger. The guy who took my order was extremely rude and impatient with me while I was ordering and ended up not even getting my order correct and forgetting my Cole slaw i ordered.

Best bang for your buck in Elizabethton. If you leave hungry, you did it wrong! The trays are outstanding and endlessly customizable. And the SHAKES! If you can’t find a shake to satisfy your sweet tooth, you’re probably not in the mood for sweets! I have yet to find a bad server at this location, with each one being friendly and accommodating. AND they are open on Sunday. Since, you know, people DO have to eat on Sunday too.

They continuously forget things for my family’s order but the staff is normally nice about it when we come back and bring it up. I’ve only had one undercooked sandwich out of the several times I’ve eaten here so not too good. My husband seems to enjoy this place though since he only orders quesadillas.
