Was in this location a few days ago. Was thrilled to see this added to Pigeon Forge since we are familiar with Cookout so we went to eat while visiting and the food was amazing. Had great flavor and super hot and everyone working was super nice! Hard to find that when traveling or in tourist town. Great job!

It’s alright. That’s about the limit of my compliments. It’s really just an array of cheap bar food. I had fries and hotdog. Reminded me of school cafeteria food. Staff was friendly.

I ate there last week, and it was pretty good. Not great, but better than other fast food burger places. I ate there tonight, and it was awful. Didn’t get the toppings right on my burgers. The fries were cold and stale. The milkshake was the only item that was good. Very disappointed.

Entering the doors that were held for us by employees was a pleasure. The menu board was a bit confusing but the staff helped us sort it out. The foods were divans properly prepared and delivered to our table by another very conscientious employee who checked back with us multiple times , a rare thing in a fast food restaurant.
