I’m from the area and was excited to visit the area, to see a Cook Out! There is no booster or highchair for small children. The young lady at the front counter, absolutely rude and has no customer service or the drive to help customers. My 2yr old didn’t like the chicken nuggets, spit it out.

Go there for the 45 flavors of milk shakes not the food. BQQ pork was just sauce no marinade, hush puppies were skinny, chicken quesadilla barely had any chicken. Shakes were still good, ice cream was ok it’s the flavors that are great, real peaches for my peach cobbler shake.

Went for a late night snack and ended up waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes. Tried asking if they were taking orders but no response. There were 3 cars in front of me but they weren’t moving, So I decided to leave without ordering. By the time I left, there were about 5 cars behind me waiting. Seems like this place is slowly getting worse and worse every time I go.

Food was fine but the customer service is terrible. No greeting; ripped the card out of my hand for payment, rude tone in their voice. I know it’s just fast food and I shouldn’t expect much, but there should be some people skills involved.

The staff is so unfriendly, the sweet tea was so disgusting my granddaughter almost threw up it was way to sweet. Our lunch took 35 minutes to get to us and they didn’t care, didn’t apologize for the wait, we were the only ones in the restaurant!! Never coming back!!

Melting styrofoam because of dropping too hot of hush puppies in container. I didn’t notice till after I was eating them. This stuff probably causes cancer. I know burning styrofoam is poisonous not sure of melting / and ingesting. But I will be looking into this.

Congrats. Cook Out in Millington, TN has succeeded in achieving the all time worst hamburger in my 61 years. Even though one of the smallest buns you will find, the “Quarter Pound” patty barely covered half the bun. The patty was easily cooked an hour longer than required based on hardness. At least the lettuce, tomato and onion were of good quality. I would rate 0 stars but the lowest option was 1 star.

Will never patronize this location again. The young lady on the drive through was beyond rude. This was my second visit & each time I had to come back because the order was incorrect. 1st night, I ordered & paid for double burgers only to get home and realize they were single. The next night, we all got overseasoned fries as sides when I asked for different side for my meals.

Me and my friend went to cook out for a milkshake, call corporate to figure out how much they were which she was nice, workers inside were rude, one guy just stared at us and kept walking, girl at front desk nice but slammed orders down, milkshakes are way to thick to even get out the straw, they are also rude to everybody and will see you standing at the counter and just keep walking, they are also rude to customers in the drive through. Good food for the price but you also get barley anything and also would wait almost 30 minuites for just a drink
