HORRIBLE!!! Too many KIDS working at this location. went at 2:40pm didn’t leave till 3:10. Started out in the drive through only one line was moving so I pulled out to the walk up entrance and was COMPLETELY IGNORED for 10 minutes. There was a cook trying to show a little concern but the cashier clearly didn’t acknowledge me at all even though she saw me standing there the WHOLE time. So I said something. she finally took my order then tried to give me drinks that were sitting out. HORRIBLE! SHOP WHERE THEY APPRECIATE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!

Second time here to give another try after months and food isn’t all that great at this location. Fries are good when fresh. My burger meat texture was a bit off and pink in the center and the bread was old. Keep crumbling with every bite I took. So that destroyed my experience. I’m very particular about the bread for my burger and this was just gross!

Tonight we received the worst service and the cashier argue with my son when he said the order was wrong. The manager said nothing just standing there looking while the cashier talked the way she did and food was over cooked food taste burnt dry with no taste you don’t like your job then you need to quit it’s some decent people that want to work. Cookout is HOT MESS place to get anything food. Corporate will hear about this early in the morning!!!!!!!!

NOPE! The night shift(around 2AM) is horrible and unprofessional. 2 workers came to cars taking orders via the cell phone on SPEAKER. Got to the window they gave me something totally different than what I ordered. It was thrown together with the box half open and no bag. The fair skin girl with brown hair didn’t even care the order was wrong, or how the order was presented. Why would I spend money on slop? Won’t come back.

Cook is the best place you can go right now if you want something quick, good and light. No long lines and if there is one trust and believe you still want be sitting in it because that’s how fast they are. Great customer service just be on your best behavior after 2 or 3 in the afternoon when the teenagers have came to work. Some have been thought how to conduct themselves and some still haven’t heard fat meat greasy. But besides that food is fresh, price is low and service is perfect.
