Tonight I went though cookout, excited to get my child a corndog and myself a burger. I’ve always enjoyed my food in past visits. Tonight however, the corndogs were burned, chicken nuggets, burned, cheese bites burned. The only thing edible was my burger which had toppings on it I did not order. What in the world is going on here? Highly disappointed. I ended up having to make my child something else to eat because the chicken nuggets and corndogs were burned badly enough I had to throw them away.

The workers obviously did this on purpose (I guess). I didn’t order a water & even though I was charged for it, I never received one. Although, I ordered (shown on receipt) cheese cajun fries, for some reason the workers decided to add chili.

It’s OK, the staff need to pay attention to the customer and their orders and repeat the customer order to them, then once they repeat the order them submit it. They made my shake wrong 3 times. I almost got upset but I just kept smiling and asking the Lord for patience. The shakes was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
