My coworker and I ordered a couple of mushroom swiss hamburgers for lunch today. As we were eating, my coworker discovered her burger had hair in it. Not just one hair ,but several. This was a total turn off and neither of us could finish our meal. She called them to report this and nothing was done. They have lost our business. This is sad due to having decent food, and trying to support a local small town business. They really should of made it right but chose not to.

Our new favorite! Great pizza, good prices. Can’t go wrong with plain old pepperoni and cheese, but if you’re feeling adventurous, try the Taco pizza…it’s fully loaded and delicious. We’ve had both the square cut and the triangle cut pizza, and both are equally mouthwatering!

Guy that took the phone order seemed he couldn’t care less and it was a bother. Woman at pick up was friendly. Pizza was not up to par. Pizza box was so soaked, my hand went through it by the time I drove home. No garlic knots available. Celery that came with the wings was COOKED and soft, not cool and crisp. Nothing like it was when it was Giavano’s. I wish them well but I doubt I’ll be back.

There was a mistake with one of our pizzas and they were kind enough to redo both pizzas for free even though the other was perfectly fine. Love how kind and professional they were! The woman who delivered our food was very friendly too. The staff was great and the pizza was really good. Definitely going to order from them again in the future.

This was not good. My husband and I ordered food for delivery and when it arrived we we’re pretty disgusted. The garlic knots were barely cooked and we couldn’t even eat them, so we had to throw them out. The pizza was undercooked and the crust was almost raw. The french fries were so greasy and soggy that we couldn’t stomach those, either. Honestly, we ended up throwing all of the food away without eating any of it because we didn’t even want to gamble on the rest of what we ordered. Maybe it was a bad night at the restaurant, so I don’t want to assume that this is always the quality of the food there. But even if that is the case and it was an “off night,” we just wasted money we spent on food we had to throw out. Almost 100% positive we won’t ever be eating with Cookie’s Pizza again.
