This restaurant was a terrible experience. Myself and my family would NOT recommend. While it was clean and quiet, the food was not good. The fries tasted like they were a month old and looked like it too. We were told the fry oil is changed twice a week. The burger was very dry and bland. My child’s bacon came out black. While they did ask if it was OK, it should have never left the kitchen.

Nice little place. Wife said it was the best BLT she ever had. I had scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and hasbrowns. Everything was good not great just good. The hash browns were like Arby’s potato cakes. Are waitress was named Jenn, very sweet and very pregnant.

Anne was our server and she was fantastic. The restaurant happened to be short staffed that day and there was a wait, but Anne did a wonderful job handling our order. She did the best she could given how many people there were and the effort was much appreciated. I witnessed a rude patron using expletives and saying inappropriate things directly to Anne (in front of children too, no common decency from this individual), but Anne handled it perfectly, maintaining professionalism.The atmosphere was great, it’s quiet, peaceful, and the food is delicious! I can tell the staff here really care about providing a good experience. Thank you, Anne.

Don’t understand the negative reviews. The food has always been great. It’s 45 minutes from home. Always worth the drive. Portions are big. I didn’t like the fish and chips because of the fishy smell. Everything else is great.

The server’s were very attentive, the food was great, and fresh. I got the country fried steak and she had the friend green tomato sandwich w/ the bacon substituted with mushrooms. We got a grilled cheese on the side because we just could not resist! My favorite part of the meal would be the mash potatoes w the country fried steak, to die for!! Visit if you’re in town!
