The inside of the place is dirty. It makes me wonder how many health code violations are happening especially when they do not remove their trash. The picture is roughly 4 weeks of accumulated trash.

Good food I ordered a Caribbean salad and it was the absolute best. Only thing I would change is to substitute the pineapples for chopped up fresh pineapple. Friendly pick up.

Awful waited 3 hours for food had to call multiple times while waiting delivery driver said he was outside and tried to call us didn’t call once when he finally did show up they tried to say our address was written wrong and then they still didn’t have the correct order after 3 hours forgot a whole pizza and all we ordered was 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks

Been slowly ordering lunch here more and more often and have had great experiences. I tend to get salads with chicken, they’re great. Ordered tacos today with low expectations, (i mean, its a pizza shop) and they were completely enjoyable! Will order again!

Horrible. Paid 77 dollars after working a 12 hour shift to feed my kids and I because I am too tired. Come to find out the driver who clearly doesn’t know his job, gives my whole order to a different home. To top it all off I have to wait for a manager to call me to crefu d my money. This place has gone down hill. Never again.

I got Tacos for the first time. I asked for 4 Steak Tacos with only cheese. When i got back to work to eat. My Tacos had only cheese in it. No meat. And i called back, and the young lady who pick up ,, said – oh you only said cheese. I told her then why did i get charged for a regular price on the Tacos when they was only cheese with no meat?. And she said , because its still a Taco……

Always the consistently best quality food and especially pizza which is always hot & delicious. I would even go all the way to say it is probably best pizza in entire state of Massachusetts. I have had pizza in Lowell, Boston, Dracut but it is always burnt in Lowell with either very thin or very thick crust. The pizza at Cook’s is never burnt, never dry or crusty. Try the meat toppings or veggies even better. Wish I could give them 10 stars but only allowed max 5 !

Ordered a turkey sub with cheese lettuce tomato onions. They remembered to charge me extra but forgot the lettuce. Even asked what type of lettuce I wanted… sub was fairly small for 9bucks.

Literally my go to place. I have started to get something different every time I order now because everything on the menu is just sooo good and everything has their own little twist of flavor…you want people to know when places are really above average, and they deserve the hype. Food, service, delivery, price. Everything its so perfect. Deff recommend.
