I was on my lunch break and about to go to Sno Queens but ran upon Cool delights first. They took for ever to make a large snowball and once the frito pie was made the girl at the window was just looking at her phone instead of handing me the food. The biggest issue is their ICE! It taste like they freeze their own tap tap water. The taste of the ice make the snowball horrible. I was beyond disappointed. Never again! I wish I would have looked at the reviews first!

Young goddess Solma
This place is not welcoming the young people in there don’t seem like they want to work. The young lady that takes the orders is very rude and doesn’t seem like she wants to be there either. I hope the owner check on their establishment and pop up on them or something and retrain them on their customer service. I don’t know if it’s family owned, but it’s a snow ball place the atmosphere should be kind, welcoming, happy joyful and they have delight in the name of the place . I will not be returning the family of 5.
