Jen and her team are AMAZING!! Always exceeding our every expectation. We are a large family of nine active kids; normally showing up in Cool Dip with their friends in tow. She always welcomes us no matter how busy the store is, and the store is always busy, and makes sure to take the time with each kid to make sure they get their special treat just like they want it. We never think twice about stopping in on a routine basis ‘just because’ or bringing in a team after a victory.

Great place to take your kids after a sports game even if they lost. The service is great and the portions are huge. There is an awesome selection of great food and ice-cream you can get. From shrimp to a banana split. You can get hand dipped or soft served ice-cream. I know the people that own the place and most of the people working there they are very nice. I am a regular customer coming around 5 days a week to get either a shake or hand dipped ice-cream. There is a vegan chocolate ice-cream as well.

This place is amazing, but don’t just assume it’s only the ice cream that’s amazing. The food here is also spectacular and is served fresh. Service might be a tiny bit slow but that’s only for big meals; the service is mostly very fast and ice cream is served within minutes. The chicken, the fries, the shrimp, the wedges, everything is really good! My family goes here all the time for an inexpensive yet delicious meal!
