Well, hard to say much about this place. See, we made a reservation for our anniversary using their online reservation button. We got confirmation. And we got a reminder asking us if we were still coming. When we got there, the hostess looked at us weirdly and said, sorry, they weren’t serving dinner that night. Oooookay. So we walked out and went somewhere else. Bummer. Double bummer actually, because we live nearby and were considering them and the hotel for a wedding rehearsal dinner for 25. Oh well … the empty restaurant looked nice from a distance.

Atmosphere none, you’re in a Hotel lobby busy check-in running kids. Service was nothing more nor less. perfect everything thing over over seasoned the object to seasoning is to inhance flavor however tenderloin litterly breaded in seasoning, salmon dry and over cooked multiple flavors which did no compliment any of the side dish’s calamari under cooked not crisp basically the squid was to mature and large being to rubbery the tentacles were to thick and raw in the middle. 0 atmosphere over priced for quality and basically being apart of every hotel guest check in

Cool River Restaurant & Tavern food is fantastic, everything was cooked exactly how I wanted, had an amazing waitress her name is Ava, I highly recommend this restaurant if you are the Chesterbrook, PA area. Restaurant is also very clean and well taken care. I would like to thank Cool River Restaurant & Tavern Staff and Management for a great experience and always checking in to see how food was cooked

Quick seating, customer service is AMAZING! Being served like royalty is a warm feeling.The gumbo is my favorite, it was a little spicy but it was delicious! The brisket quesadillas were good but lacked seasoning. It was a great experience & will return my next visit. The restaurant is the definition of fine wine & dining!

The food is excellent. My cheeseburger was outstanding; my husband thoroughly enjoyed his blackened grouper sandwich. Yummy sweet potato fries. The hospitality was gracious and attentive. They let us know upfront that they were short-staffed and asked for our patience, but we didn’t find our wait long at all. We will be back!

The total experience was amazing our hostess Cheryl and server Mr.Relace were awesome. Now the food that was presented was world class. Beyond my expectations. The chief came out to see how the food was and it was so good I forgot where I was for a minute. Baby back ribs, Atlantic Salmon and bread pudding soaked in Markers bourbon with vanilla ice cream. Game changer !!! Don’t let me for get the Crab cakes and potato soup.Now if you like a well poured cocktail the mojito is highly recommended. I would encourage you to take a ride and experience an amazing dining experience.

The food here will absolutely surprise you at how excellent it is. Even more, the service will blow you away. Everything about service is spectacular – hostess, timeliness, attentiveness, knowledge, even posture when setting down the plates. Don’t let the fact that the restaurant is located inside the hotel stop you from dinning here. You will only have a great experience.

This is a new restaurant so there’s probably going to be some growing but the food was excellent. A little pricey but it’s a restaurant in a hotel so it comes with the territory. I tried several things over my few night stay and was never disappointed. The service was always fantastic, no one offered bad service but ReLace really stood out for the servers. The manager was very interested in honest feedback as they are new, it was great to see him always out taking to the customers and asking if there was anything that could be done to improve.
