Excited seeing an Irish pub in Cooperstown, then disappointed in our visit. Our waitress was sweet but hard to track down when needed. Food took over half an hour to arrive (the restaurant was not even half full when we ordered). My burger was delicious but only warm. I know it was sitting for quite a while because the bottom of the roll was wet and my fries were room temperature. My oldest got the Reuben and said it was great. My youngest got wings and said they were a five out of ten, and he likes everyone’s wings. Honestly, it was a let down overall.

When in Cooperstown NY we had a great time and an even better time when we came upon Cooley’s Stone House Tavern! The place had great service as soon as we walked in, shout out to Taren who did an amazing job even with a fully packed house. The drinks were top notch and the food was even better from the kitchen. Rueben’s were great, the Cowboy burger was spicy and fresh, the salads were delicious and the rest of the fresh dishes were a hit. We had a large group but it didn’t slow anyone down. Great job all around! We will definitely suggest this to anyone and we will come back here again. Thank you!

Very good food. Knocked it a Star because the bartender spilled my beer and didn’t acknowledge or apologize or didn’t refill it or anything. Just cleaned it and went about like nothing happened. Kinda awkward

What an experience! I visited Cooperstown this weekend for the first time and was delighted by the food and service I had at Cooley’s. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to share the great experience I had there. Definitely the best food spot in town! Erin was our server and I was blown away by how extremely kind and attentive she was to my family and me. We got our food quickly and our drinks were delicious. We had the wings, mac and cheese bites, salad, and everything couldn’t have been better. As a vegetarian I was thrilled to see a veggie burger on the menu. Cooley’s is also very clean and suitable for families and large groups. Overall, my family and I will be recommending Cooley’s to anyone in Cooperstown. I’d love to visit again just to go back here!

If you’re visiting Cooperstown, do yourself a favor and eat here! I’m a huge fan of “tavern” or “bar food”, and this place did not disappoint. The service was great, and the food was incredible. What was really cool to me was that the staff was so friendly and having open conversation with all the customers-local and tourist. Very laid back vibe. We had the pretzel and beer cheese as an appetizer-seriously so good, and huge. I had a burger with mushrooms and Swiss cheese and my husband had wings. The fries were fresh and delicious, also. We were both more than satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

My grandson is a burger aficionado having eaten hundreds and probably a hundred or more places, and he rates this burger in the top three…it is a good burger and fries.

I wouldn’t even give it a one if I had a choice. We were completely ignored when we sat down I had to flag a waitress down after sitting for over 10 minutes. When she finally got around to asking us what we wanted to drink we ordered our drinks. They came out and my elderly mother sat her drink down by the edge of the table that was old and slanted toward the floor..the drink then spilled all over her lap and they cleaned that but never even asked if she would like a new drink she just ignored us again. So finally I got her attention and said I’d like to pay for our drinks and leave. Thinking she wouldn’t charge us for the spilled drink but wouldn’t you know it they charged us anyways!! Bad service, rude and overall terrible experience. I will never come back and I recommend that whoever reads this should avoid that place also!!!

Atmosphere was nice but it was hot inside . And my son and I ordered chicken sandwiches and the chicken was like rubber. We got the boneless wings with house sauce and the sauce was good but the wings were average. Probably won’t stop here again. Got to be something better around.

Cool place. Always fun to find other baseball fans outside of your hometown. Open late, great beers.

Stopped in for a cocktail and snacks. Food was delicious and the drink was excellent. I had to call back as I left my credit card there and they were extremely helpful! I will go again the next time I visit Cooperstown!
