Service was good, food was prepared quickly. French fries were tasty. Chicken fingers were ok. Cheesesteak was pathetic. Go here for drinks and fries. DO NOT ORDER THE CHEESESTEAK. I have NEVER seen less meat on anything in my life. Also, be aware that tax isn’t included in the price, unlike all other pizza/cheesesteak joints on south street. Trust me, it’s even less meat than it seems in the photos.

I usually have an amazing experience at Copabanana but tonight was unexpectedly bad. I think there was some situation going on that affected the staff and ultimately our experience. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to come up to me and ask for my I.D so we can be seated. Then we were seated and sat for 30 minutes with no service at all. Before we hit the 30 minute mark, we asked the waitresses “who would be taking care of us” and their response was “we can check for you” and nobody came. We ended just leaving and going somewhere else to eat. We will be taking a break from here for a while.

Came to the south street one and sat outside, the food is a lot different when you sit outside. Last time I was here I ordered buffalo shrimp and it was good. Shrimp tossed in sauce and a side of blue cheese the shrimp I ordered today was over cooked the cheese steak was dry the fries were under cooked

The margaritas are awesome, but that’s about all it has going for it. It’s bar food so your hopes shouldn’t be too high, but there is so much potential here when it comes to the cuisine and the state of the restaurant. Don’t expect fast service either, but I still enjoyed coming here a few times, people watching out the window while I ate nachos!

Stay away from this place! Food is subpar, service is slow and unfriendly, when asked to break a 20, bartender said sorry we don’t have change for that…. Not sure how this establishment is still open. There are plenty of better restaurants to choose from on South Street. This place is not one of them…

This place is beyond filthy and should be shut down! I’m guessing there’s not been a real inspection of this place since the pandemic. It place has taken a major dive. The smell alone forced me and my family to turn around. I didn’t even want to attempt to sit outside after smelling how bad the inside was. Horrible just horrible.

The Margaritas were awesome and I just would have liked to stay late into the night and drink 3 more. Lively part of Philly and really tasty food with good service. Thank you!
