Nice place! Service was really friendly. We sat at the bar, the bartender was great and friendly. We even arrived a little before closing and order drinks and food and we weren’t rushed to hurry and eat! The boneless chicken wings were awesome! The corn and crab bisque was amazing!!!! Yum yum! And spicy! Drinks were pretty good also! Will definitely be going back!!

Copeland’s delivers great, chain-style New Orleans food in NWA. Good seafood, pasta and steak options. The fried bow tie pasta and spinach dip appetizer is a MUST. Although, the shrimp ducky seemed to be lacking any actual duck. Cocktails were delicious and the cheesecake menu is yummy.

Attended Sunday brunch. Large selection of breakfast or lunch choices, each in separate room. Creole/Cajun dishes limited. Having lived on TX/LA coast, was expecting more style. Food was delicious,warm and at a very reasonable price. A jazz trio played smooth. Added to ambience. Easy to find. It was crowded at our arrival at 10:55 am. We were quickly seated. Our server was very attentive even though he had table of 12 who ordered off menu. Impressive.

Food is good but poor service far out weighs the good food. Our order was taken 30 minuets after we sat down. We got our food 45 minutes later. 15 minutes after we got our food, waiter was asking everyone what they ordered to make sure he got our tickets correct. Just shy of an hour later, we got our checks, which did not have happy hour pricing on them. The restaurant really needs updating and chairs need to be replaced.

Amazing food and service. I’ve been multiple times and the food has always been delicious and delivered quickly by friendly staff. Highly recommended if you enjoy New Orleans style food. Some of the best blackened chicken ive had in this area and a great wine selection.

I have tried this place twice now. Maybe I keep having the wrong expectations for the food going in, but I was not at all thrilled with the product either time. This last time I went with a friend. He ordered something I don’t remember the name of, and I ordered a Copeland’s burger. When my burger arrived, it was soggy and sloppy and after picking it up and taking one bite, it fell completely apart and I had to make due with eating what became a big mess on my plate with a fork. At that point, why even order a burger? if you have to assemble it in your mouth – because what was on my plate certainly wasn’t anything but a mess of various ingredients- that’s not something I’d ever order again. The fries were ‘okay’. Maybe they were intended to solely be used as a vehicle for ketchup or something, but they were devoid of most flavor and seasoning. So for a $12 burger and fries, I was thoroughly unsatisfied.

The food is of great quality, the wait staff was very friendly. Seating and view of the interior is clean and inviting. This is by far one of my favorite places to dine. The prices were very reasonable. Can wear casual to formal attire. Menu is great.
