Excellent experience at Copine. This is my favorite tasting menu in Seattle so far. The service was on point as well. Everyone was friendly and professional. Good mix of foodie but not overly pretentious vibe. Would highly recommend and would return. The highlight for me was the scallops. They were perfectly cooked.

This place lives up to the hype. If you are ok with the high prices tag, it’s a winner! I found most of the presentation here to be unique, which, combined with taste made it worth it for me. We also left full which can be hard to do with some pre-fixed menus.

Food was great, and they were so accommodating of dietary restrictions. Definitely get the women pairings, they do a great job with the pairings. You’ll need to book month I’m advance, as they are only open Thur-Satursday. It’s a bit dark in the dining area, but not a major issue.

Everything was GOOD! The service was good, the food had great flavor… BUT it was extremely overpriced. I’ve been to triple Michelin Star restaurants for the same price. And smaller, better restaurants with twice the food for the same price. The extra $10 (ricotta agnolotti) course was, by FAR, our favorite of the night.

What an amazing experience we had at Copine! Our waiter Paula was super friendly and knowledgeable, the flavors were amazing, the presentation was beautiful. The highlights are the lemongrass soup in the beginning as a taste cleanser, tuna tartare and sable fish. We love that the portion size is good here (most other places that offer chef’s tasting menu usually has small plates which are not filling). We will be back!
