My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and had a wonderful time. We started with stuffed mushrooms, and then both had the special of a 6oz steak with salmon, mashed potatoes, and steamed vegetables. We also had the turtle cake for dessert. Everything we had was wonderful, including the service and atmosphere.

Attended an event here and was disappointed. The entry was cluttered with boxes, chairs, open doors to offices that were a mess, etc. Random other event material just sitting around. The priority for presentation felt low.

The only less-than-stellar thing here was the homemade bourbon chili, which was quite bland. Other than that, the salad bar and shrimp were good, and the white hot chocolate is the best that I’ve ever had.

I was at copper Mill for a corporate event. Buffet style food. Not the best I’ve had but not horrible. The roasted potatoes were delicious, the turkey was really dry. The pink lemonade was great not too sweet. The other items were acceptable. The service was fantastic. I was watching the whole group. Used plates were almost immediately picked up. One person at my table said we had magic glasses because they never got empty. Constant refilling bit never in the way or being noticed. Amazing job on service.

Our first experience here and we loved it. Our server Katie was so sweet and wonderful and the food was delicious. I had the chicken cordon bleu with mashed potatoes and my husband had the porterhouse with mushrooms. Both were fantastic. Will definitely come again next time we are in the area.

Made reservations for 7pm, when we arrived it only took about 5 minutes for them to sit us and I think it was exactly at 7. Really nice place. We had never been there before so we didn’t know if we got the salad bar as a side we just go and the plates would be there. The waiter didn’t tell us to go up, so if you do, the plates are there waiting for you. Also, we saw everyone getting a bread basket and after eating our salad and already getting our drinks we asked if the bread came with the meals. He said they ran out of bread but about 5 minutes later came back with rolls and said they had those from a banquet they had earlier so, I am not sure if they were the bread normally served or not. They were delicious though, with the raspberry jam. The ribeye and Prime rib were delicious. The service was just a tad slow but all in all the experience was pretty good. We will be back maybe again for another special occasion.
