This is a pretty good place to stop for some coffee if you don’t want to wait in the huge lines a few doors down to support a big corporation. They have a good menu variety (even though I only ever get regular bean juice) and they even have a few sugar free flavor options.

This is my favorite place to get coffee in West Lafayette. Their espresso is consistently amazing. Only like 1 or 2 times has my latte been more milky than coffee-ish, whereas places like Starbucks do this all the time. That sounded really snobby lol but for real, when you shell out $5 on a drink I think it’s ok to be picky.

The servers here are amazing and so friendly. I’ve only been thrilled the drive thru but always get great service. Also they carry Mary Lou donuts unless they’ve run out for the day. So nice that we have a local company with great service and products.

The food and coffee is great! The wait is unreasonable. If you’re not in a rush, I would highly recommend Copper Moon. If you’re trying to get to work or church and are in a bit of a rush, it’s not a great choice. Even when the line is empty, you can expect to wait longer than you would at Starbucks in a line of 5 people. I do love the seasonal drinks at Copper Moon, but another major downside is the cost. Copper Moon is much more expensive than Java Jo’z, which is not very far down the road.

This used to be my favorite coffee place in town, but my recent visits are so disappointing. They used to have the best latte. Last week, I got a latte like a cappuccino, and the latte I got this morning was so hot that burned my tongue. I’m not sure if it is because of staff changing or something else. The quality of the coffee is very inconsistent.

I used to love this place and go every Tuesday, but I’ll never go back again after this. This Tuesday I got a sandwich and a lemonade like usual, but I got awful food poisoning not even 3 hours after eating my sandwich. I know the food poisoning was from here because I haven’t eaten anything prior that morning and the sandwich with lemonade was my lunch, like every other week. I’m just starting to feel better two days later but I also missed two days of work. I seriously hope they aren’t making anyone else sick with their food this week.
