Been around Seattle and went as far south as Tacoma for fish tacos. But these fish tacos here? The best I’ve had so far. The shrimp tacos are just as good. They’re pretty big and everything is freshly made, even the tortillas.

I’m definitely a huge fan! Attention to details like scratch made tortillas set them apart from the others. Keep in mind the quality of ingredients, and extra labor they require is reflected in the price & is worth every penny.

One of the best food trucks I’ve eaten at. Already planning to go back!

One word: FIRE. I had two tacos de asada and one taco de pollos asado. All three were hot and delicious. The tortilla holds everything together perfectly and doesn’t tear like some other places. They are very very generous with the portions, you could probably make another taco just with the meat that spills out just trying to handle the thing. The tacos came with all the good stuff on top and they put a few limes on the side to use as you wish. I also tried the three hot sauces and all were very good. I loved the habanero salsa, but it could’ve been hotter, though the flavor was excellent. I’ve been in town for a few weeks for work and this has been my favorite lunch spot by far. I’ll definitely be returning, possibly every day until I go home. Only downside to the visit was the parking lot is very small, so if you go during a rush get ready to find parking elsewhere. But this IS a food truck, so they get a pass on the parking situation.

Burritos were delicious and large in size. Totally recommend stopping here if you’re in the area. When we got there I immediately knew the food was gonna be legit because all the customers were Mexican workers on their lunch break (IYKYK). Service was quick too.

My sister and I have been look for a good Mexican food place in the Seattle area. I stumbled upon this food truck and was quite satisfied! It’s comparable to the food trucks in Los Angeles. They have some seafood taco options and the usual options. We tried the costra azada burrito and a shrimp taco. I loved the burrito! It had a layer of crispy cheese on the outside and good tasting filling with yummy sauce. It’s not spicy, but I think there’s a chili sauce at the front of the truck I didn’t notice until I was leaving. The shrimp taco was pretty good, very crispy although the batter was a bit thick for my taste. My sister liked it though. Overall we loved this food truck and would definitely come back again. The parking lot is very small, shared with a small business in the parking lot. There are 4 small standing tables and maybe 2 chairs on the side for you to eat your food. Perfect place for a quick bite !

The Eastside finally has a good taco truck! Corazon Azteca features a fresh take on the well known taco truck. With menu items such as an Asada burrito stuffed with rice, beans, well seasoned meat, & drizzled with delicious sauces. To tostadas, enchiladas, horchata, you name it! Corazon Azteca does not disappoint. Service is fast and the prices are fair. Definitely consider this truck for your next lunch or dinner stop!

I decided to take the time to travel here for lunch after hearing lots of good things about it. I was able to order pretty quickly as it didn’t seem like too many people were there, but it did take a while to get my food. I was also disappointed in the price, as the prices are much higher in person than online. The food was decent but after taking a while and costing a lot I was pretty bummed out. Coworkers seem to love this place though
