I ate here yesterday with my family and really enjoyed it! All of our meals tasted great. Our server Kayla was fantastic as well. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and was really kind. She even mixed together some honey mustard for my dad since they were out. Overall this was one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve eaten at, I definitely recommend it!

Pretty annoyed that they added a 18% service charge and did not even mention it, felt scammy. Quesadilla was fine other than the jarred salsa. Everything also was a bit pricey, especially for picking up drinks/snacks compared to the lower hotel brands with lobby vending.

You would think in the city of 1 million Spanish people they would know how to cook rice but it was undercooked and no seasoning on the chicken or salmon. Best and only deal is the chicken tenders anything else not worth it.

This is by far the worst hotel restaurant I have ever been to. I am in the hospitality business, not that this qualifies. The burger was cold over cooked and way overpriced. I have had better at fast food restaurants and I hate fast food. Cold unmelted slices of Kraft cheese on a cold bun straight from the package and fries that were limp and seasoned with nothing tasted like they were cooked in the microwave. If only that was the bad part. The service was like pulling teeth except you get friendlier and more attentive staff at the dentist. It’s too bad the hotel was great for what it is and the hotel staff minus the restaurant was pleasant. I would never return to either and any reviews that say the food or service is good are bought and paid for. Stay away.

Hamburger was overcooked. Salad was boring. No fixings, just lettuce and dressing packets. Wine tasted old. Was given a beer glass for the wine because the bartender said he only had 4 wine glasses in the bar total. No atmosphere.
