This gem is one of my all-time favorite spots to grab a bite to eat. Live music, knowledgeable friendly staff, and the food is always amazing. The Gangsta Chef sources majority from local farmers. So the menu is always fresh and well balanced. If you visit ask for Heather and tell them Cici sent you.

First off…let me just say…first impressions and throughout the experience: Albany has a GEM in Corks! As someone that currently lives in metro Atlanta and is from Albany, this place could definitely thrive in Atlanta but fits very well here! Atmosphere was A1 as soon as I hit the door! The chef came out and greeted us which was just the tip of the iceberg as far as service goes! The Mule I had (whiskey instead of vodka… …couldn’t have asked for a better combination!) Our waitress Savannah was thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant! At this point, I’ll just let the pictures do the talking…I’ll be back, Corks! Thank you for an awesome first experience!

Every visit here is a delightful experience. The staff, ambience, food, and drink options are unlike any other! The care they put into their customer’s is remarkable, they gave my husband and I the nicest congratulatory card when we came to dinner following our wedding. 10/10 recommend Corks!

Very elegant place. Our waitress was AWESOME! We were dressed for McDonald’s, but that didn’t matter to her. She gave us the Best experience and was very patient. Okay, I never have been somewhere that boxes up your to-go-bag for you. The Chef came out and greeted us. The food was nice.

Literally the best meal I’ve ever had in Albany, service was impeccable (Thank You Justin. The Duck crostini was amazing and the steaks were wonderful. Shawn the chef is to be commended he has so much talent! No doubt they deserve Michelin stars.

Food was decent. Just lacked variety. They did not have entrées with fish or shellfish and no salads. Beef and pork are main feature. In the beginning the server said the only sides were corn and potatoes. I’m trying to stay away from starch. Toward the end of the meal she said they had broccolini.

The food was not as great as the price. We have been here probably 10 times and the last few times it has just been “okay” I have the steak every time, and it was the best steak in town the first trip. My wife had a seafood special.Some of the mussels were bad and the steak was very bland. For the price of the food it should be better.

We ordered the pick six board as an appetizer and while some specific items were wonderful, the board was very sparse. If that’s the standard house portion, maybe serve it on a smaller board.
