Enjoy the convenience but the prices are high and birds are aggressive. We ate here a couple of times during our visits to the hotel and the food is good not great. The prices are up there but what so you expect. The upside down tap for beer is cool and the service is good. The birds are crazy aggressive so be careful.

Just went for a cup of water for my kid and the two women servers almost yelling in angry rude voice “There’s nothing open yet! There’s nothing open yet!” They’re bunch of people there already and can’t even give a kid a cup of water? Or just be more polite saying “We are not opened yet. Pls come at what time.” That is ridiculous. Just trying to kick me out ASAP. What a service from the well known named hotel Hyatt! Shame on you. We come here 2-3 times every year but this rude attitude makes me think to never come back again. You guys totally didn’t need to make a customer feel ruin the day since 10am during the holiday.

Lunch for 4 approx $90 with no alcohol. Caribbean yo-yo burger was actually damn good, my wife said her salad was good and my kids enjoyed their quesadilla and tenders. save the $4.25 per small soda and stick with free waters perhaps. Also beware of the gang of food stealing birds that will swoop in as if you are not even sitting there and take what they can.
