We tried Corktree Cellars because it’s one of the few places in town that takes reservations, since I had family coming and didnt want everyone stuck waiting for a table. We had a large party of 10 and we were pleasantly surprised with a nice table, friendly staff and great food and wine! Definitely coming back!!

The food was incredible. You can tell that they are truly using fresh ingredients. Every bite was so rich and savory. I ordered the Ahi Salad and ate it so fast I couldn’t get a picture. Perhaps some of the freshest Ahi Tuna I’ve ever had. My husband got the Steak Frittes and he loved it… He’s very particular about his steak but they cooked this exactly to his liking. It is a hefty price but the quality was there. Would definitely recommend to others.

First time client and I was concerned about the hygiene of the place. The host touches his face and hair constantly, touches the phone, the menus, etc. and WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, touches and wraps the silverware in the napkins that clients are going to use. He also brings the glasses of water to the tables, assists with the cleaning of the tables, etc. All while touching his face and hair, and going back to wrapping the silverware in between tasks. So disgusting!! The food was just fine, nothing special. The decoration and ambience is nice but seeing the host and his unsanitary behaviors really made lower the high expectations I had about this place.

We loved the live music in the bar. We have a new favorite–the quinoa burger. Creme Brulee is excellent. Dining room is just plain loud. We’re definitely going back, probably earlier in the evening.

I am so thankful that my Carp Girlfriends introduced me to this palate pleasing place. The ladies & I shared one of the scrumptious Cheese-Deli Mix Platters which as you can see in my pic looks great. Our yummy snack platter was the perfect arrangement mix that paired well with my wine tasting experience. <3 Another notable menu item at the Corktree Cellar is the Sesame Crusted Seared Ahi Salad. Yum! I highly recommend this wine spot in Carpinteria. <3

Wow, where do I begin?! Our company reserved the entire restaurant for our annual party celebration. The service was incredible, the drinks were flowing at the bar and the food was awesome! Been here a few times and always good food however tonight I had the salmon and it wasn’t fresh at all and it was drenched in the miso glaze … disappointed! If something isn’t fresh I just wish they would say it isn’t available … but I will go back because it’s not indicative of this place …

Corktree Cellars has really upped their game recently! The cocktails are made with passion, the shrimp tacos are the best in town, and it’s a great place to go hang out with friends and watch a game at the bar! I love the outdoor seating area as well, great for the kids to run around and play. Service is warm and friendly! I would highly recommend swinging by here for dinner and drinks! Andre, John, and Chris will take good care of you!!
